Natur Hotel

Arrived for a 2 week holiday and from the first night it was a disaster. Firstly the room was crammed with a double bed and fold out sofa bed that was like a rock . They were so squished together that we could barely get out of the balcony . The balcony was filthy as was the table which you couldn’t use as it wobbled . Asked for a change of roomed to be offered 2 with no balcony’s . Staff were all rude apart from Micial at the bar . My 8 year old daughter was asked to leave the lunch room as she had a tankini on yet a lady with a red bikini was allowed in no bother . A member of staff took a selfie with my son in it in the background and I asked him could he delete it as my son doesn’t like photos of him taken and he told me I should change my son and then went around chatting to other staff looking at us and laughing . That was the end of my son sitting in the hotel areas . The food was brutal and we are use to Turkish cuisine. One night there was a cockroach upside down on a dessert another night there was chicken obviously taken out of the fridge and added to hot gravy . Meat in particular was always recooked . My daughter pen rolled under the bed and we lifted it and there was months of dirt underneath. The air conditioning leaked water and by the end of first week black liquid started dripping . The shower was full of mould and the bed itself wasn’t clean hidden by clean sheets . The swimming pool has so much chlorine in it that my daughter came out in a rash so for the second week we lived at the beach and ate there . Even when you wash your hands they smell of bleach from the water . This hotel ruined our holiday and for the first time ever we were dying to get home . Never in my life have been to such a hotel in Bitez it was shocking . We were in a room near a staff passage way which also meant a lot of noise from 7 am every morning . They advertised a kids play area yet the slide is legal and broken at the End so when my daughter got to the end she tilted off it . Would not recommend this hotel at all and I am not being fussy as I have been to hotels in Bitez as mentioned above for 23 years . Worst experience ever .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will undoubtedly return in future. From initial impressions the communal areas are beautiful. A lovely seating area with water fountain sets the atmosphere perfectly. Everywhere is clean and kept to a good standard. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, cleaned daily and include a fridge which is ideal in the heat of summer. Air conditioning also works very well. Food was freshly prepared and appetising at every meal, plenty of hot and cold choices, I loved it all! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds so no “sunbed wars” and towels out at 6am as in many other hotels! All the staff were warm and welcoming with a friendly smile and greeting. I genuinely really enjoyed my time at this hotel and wouldn’t change a thing!

Beautiful hotel, left only positive emotions. I liked everything: the food is delicious, the location is convenient, the room is spacious and cosy. I especially want to mention the staff - very friendly, responsive and professional people. Thank you for such a warm atmosphere, Serhat!
