We’ve just returned from a 9-night stay, so this review is based on very fresh impressions.
The biggest issue starts with check-in. It felt like every guest had to go through a bit of an ordeal before getting the room they had actually paid for. We arrived in the evening, even though our room should have been ready from 2 pm. Instead, we weren’t given our booked room until around 4 am. We were first put into a temporary check-out room that smelt so strongly of sewage it was almost impossible to stay there. Only after we complained were we moved to a proper room. During our stay, we noticed the same thing happening to other guests.
The staff were very mixed. Some genuinely tried to help and were lovely, while others seemed completely uninterested in guests’ problems.
The hotel is simply overcrowded and doesn’t have enough staff. Tables in the restaurant were often dirty and sticky, there was rubbish around, and we occasionally found plates that hadn’t been cleaned properly. I don’t think the staff are lazy – they just can’t keep up with the number of guests. In my opinion, the hotel accepts more people than it can comfortably handle.
Getting a sunbed by the pool is almost impossible. There is a tractor shuttle to the beach, but we preferred the 7-minute walk.
The drinks bar in the main restaurant often closed before dinner had finished, making it difficult to get a drink. Ice cream is also charged extra, despite the hotel being all-inclusive. Room was good . Wi-Fi is not included either. We paid for it, but to be fair it worked very well throughout the hotel. The entertainment was very poor and repetitive . The swimming pool is far too small for the number of guests. At times it was so crowded that you couldn’t actually swim – you could only stand in the water. Another annoying point was people approaching guests and offering “special deals” on leather jackets and coats. These sales pitches are intrusive and the prices are clearly aimed at tourists. On the positive side, the food was varied and tasty, and the kitchen team clearly put in a lot of effort. The hotel grounds are pleasant enough, but they lack cleanliness and maintenance. Many areas felt untidy, which spoiled the overall impression. Another downside was the huge number of very young children. There was constant shouting, running around and noise, making it difficult to relax if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday. I definitely wouldn’t come back a second time.

What a disgusting hotel!!
Where do all these positive reviews come from?? 😲 The hotel is awful. ‼️ The rooms are in a terrible state, and things were constantly breaking down. The air conditioning didn’t work at all at times. We paid for four people, but they gave us a room for three and some broken fold-out bed right in the middle of the corridor. The mattresses were stained, every corner was dirty and there were bugs!! 🪳 Every day, someone reported bugs in the rooms, and the staff weren’t at all surprized by this. Lifts were constantly breaking down and were in a terrible state. The communal areas were filthy; a piece of brick fell from the stairs onto a child’s leg, and medical assistance had to be called. The swimming pools aren’t cleaned and the sun loungers by the pool are disgustingly dirty. This hotel is the worst we’ve ever stayed in; it doesn’t deserve 5 stars.
