Our hotel is 18 km from the pearl of the Mediterranean; Alanya,. It is in the Türkler district, famous for its sand beaches , 5 km to the center of Avsallar and Konaklı, 90 km to the Antalya airport, 60 km to the Gazipaşa Airport. Our facility, which was opened in 2011, consists of 2-storey 5 main buildings and 3-storey 5 villas. Our hotel has 470 rooms. Thank u Rita
Rita was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday! She was so friendly, welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we met her. She was fantastic with both the adults and the kids and always brought such a fun, positive energy. I especially loved her aqua aerobics sessions — they were so much fun and a great way to start the day! Rita really helped make our holiday extra special, and we’ll definitely miss her. Thank you, Rita!
Rubbish service overall
Please do not come if you are of black heritage as they only cater to any one of white heritage.
This is the worst place I have ever been in turkey and even the bar staff ignore a black woman. The lady was Busra and they felt to say that because she does not speak English it is acceptable that she ignores the black women and serves the white people. When this was addressed with the chief bar manager Hakan another bar staff they started to speak in Turkish and the other bar staff was laughing and smiling during this ordeal this made me highly uncomfortable and not acceptable behaviour from staff.
Mustafa Tomen needs to be fired he is a rude chef and does not know how to communicate to the hotel guests.

Only our second visit to Alanya
Although we only stayed in this hotel for 2 days it was nice.the morning we met with Metin the jet2 rep I asked in passing if he would help us to move which he did within 10 minutes.so we packed our luggage up and we transferred to the Eftalia son

Fantastic
Our experience has been worth every penny spent. My children totally had a fantastic experience at the resort. The food was woeld class, entertainment very good, ambiance is good, water and pool side great experience
