The hotel is located in in Avsallar area with a private beach, only 500 metres away (available shuttle service to beach every 15 min till 06:00 pm). It is only 1& half hours drive from Antalya Airport. This hotel was built in 2013 consisting of laminated-flooring 803 rooms, equipped with a balcony, 40'' LCD TV, safe, central air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath accessories. The hotel features unique and amazing pools which were designed in a way for all guests to enjoy and relax plus an indoor heated pool added for guest' comfort in cold weather. There is also a children pool located in the miniclub where parents can watch their kids at any time. Guests may energize for the day in the onsite gym or make use of the car hire service to explore the surrounding areas.
Our experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that it is advertised as an Ultra All-Inclusive resort.
From day one, there were already numerous problems. The hotel is far too overcrowded, and there simply do not seem to be enough staff to handle the number of guests. As a result, you end up waiting in queues just to get a drink. What should be a relaxing all-inclusive holiday often feels like standing in line after line.
The staff are also very rude and unhelpful. Good customer service seems to be missing, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
The food quality is also very basic. Considering the hotel is marketed as Ultra All-Inclusive, we expected a much better variety and standard of food. Unfortunately, the meals feel ordinary and lack the quality and choice you would expect from a resort at this level.
Another major issue is the definition of “Ultra All-Inclusive.” We were very surprised to discover that you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi in the room. On top of that, things such as ice cream, waffles and other items advertised or expected as part of an all-inclusive experience also come with additional charges. If guests are constantly being asked to pay extra, it is difficult to understand what “Ultra All-Inclusive” is supposed to mean.
The cleanliness is another serious concern. The hotel was not clean, particularly around the snack bars and food areas, where the lack of cleanliness was very noticeable. With so many guests using these areas, the hotel should have enough staff to keep them properly maintained throughout the day.
The corridors are also extremely loud, making it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet, particularly when trying to relax or sleep.
And this is only what we have experienced from day one. I could already list many more problems, but these are the main issues that have stood out so far.
For a hotel marketed as an Ultra All-Inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of food, service, cleanliness, organisation and value. Unfortunately, so far, this hotel has been a major disappointment and certainly not the relaxing all-inclusive holiday we were expecting.
Filthy, dangerous, disgusting food, no-one speaks proper english, pictures on internet are lies, staff rude. Max 1 star!
Needs a lot of improvement and everything has a down side. Every employee looks miserable, makes you feel ashamed for asking anything. There is an extremely huge line in front of everything such as bars, pool activities and snacks. Definitely way too crowded for a small place, sometimes you are not even able to watch the shows because there is no place to sit, no place to even stand. Other guests are also terrible and people you wouldn’t want to be around, saw a little kid touch every single food on a tray and the employee was just watching it, who knows how many times this happened, questionable hygiene. Also might sound like a terrible joke but during our 7 days visit incidents of people taking a dump in the pool happened like 4 TIMES, they had to close it for a few hours each time. Also almost every place is closed despite existing such as the indoor pool and two bars that are not serving cocktails are causing huge lines to get even longer, a lot of machines in the gym are in repair. The beach was also horrible, it was the size of two living rooms, maybe had like 50 maximum 100 sunbeds, it was very crowded, the sea looked dirty, wasn’t even able to do everything there and came back immediately. Rooms are having short power outages, the mini fridge is barely working and didn’t even contain water bottles, i don’t think this is happening with every room but still. Every positive comment is probably made by hotel employees. I’m not exaggerating anything at all just didn’t have a great time.
Team Oscaro the best. Mını club süper. DJ the best
