Don’t waste your money! Terrible hotel! I regret not going by the reviews. Its filthy, looks like it gets cleaned once a year if that. The smell is horrendous. The rooms look better on the pics than real. Fridges dont work. Shower heads broken. Toilet leaking (I’ve attached piks of the whole bathroom flooded) Sink drain smell of sewage. Food is horrendous! 🤮.. the hotel staff only favour the Russian visitors. If ur from uk or anywhere else you’ll be treated like your invisible.

Here at present, atmosphere is very good. Hotel maybe suffers from being too big and too much to maintain. Pool area is filthy, under bridges at the pool there are bottles under it which look months old. Young lads sit on motorised cleaners doing the main paths but no one Under sunbeds no cleaning is carried out at all, floor is covered in drink spillage and cigarette butt's (hardly any ash trays and alot of people smoking around the pool). There appear to be alot of broken umbrellas that just get left when would take 2 minutes to remove to tidy the place up. The walk between the main hotel and aqua park appears to never get cleaned leaving a bad smell. Rooms are very nice no complaints there at all nice and spacious. Upgrades for pool views were offered at €50 a week per room. Breakfast- wide variety and which caters more for non English (which is fine we re not in england). Food is cold however and oddly no toasters , you have to try and use a panini maker to make some kind of toast. Dinner- we first attempted dinner at 7.30 and the place was rammed and the room full of smoke from the cooking the smell was strong. By 8.30 however it had died down but then you in a rush against the clock. 2 hours doesn't seem enough for so many people to filter through. People moaning about the waits for drinks is certainly justified. The main pool area was manned mainly by 1 and a manager chipping in while another girl took selfies and chopped lemons. The queue was relentless all day and you had to feel for the one guy manning it during the day. The pizza and kebabs at the main pool are very good. The watepark is probably the better pool if you have older kids and the bar area tends to be quiter. This is the only place for all inclusive ice creams which are just pulled at random with no signs to allow you to choose anything however the selection is good.

I think overalls its a nice hotel just far to understaffed and not enough cleaning done.

The only plus part of this hotel is it’s next to a shopping area. Upon arrival the front desk attempted to upsell us to a pool facing room. Considering I booked a land facing because I didn’t want to listen to the noise in the early morning and late in the evening I found that strange. I have never came across a hotel where they are trying to sell to me while checking in. Once we got to our room the toilet seat fell off. The front desk did respond quickly and had someone come up and fix this. The hotel is dated, the indoor pool was still closed and looks like it’s been closed for some time.

The gym is always an important aspect when we book a hotel. This hotel has a gym but nothing works. The one working cross trainer felt like it was going to fall apart. The only thing you can use is the dumb bells.

I stay in turkey often and have never been ill like I was while staying here. Day 3 of my holiday I spent the majority of the day and night running to the toilet. It was bad. The food wasn’t the best and neither was the options. The lines were long which giving the time of year it was I expect some busyness but this place was packed. The breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for so I slept in most mornings. The staff don’t really care and at times can be rude. The cleaners were very friendly. There’s no consistency on which bar serves coffee and when. Don’t try the sushi it was bad. The churros however were nice.

I stayed at long beech which is around the corner last year that was way better then this hotel
