The situation has improved, and I appreciate the management’s prompt response to my feedback. Thank you for listening to guests and taking the necessary steps to improve the experience. I would also especially like to thank Tamerlan from the Guest Relations team, who responded immediately and took care of everything very quickly. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to resolve the issues I raised.
Great place
Every year, hotel keeps up its high level of service. A huge thank to our villa manager Onder – he treated us like family, took care of every little thing, and made us feel so special throughout our stay. That's why we always want to come back.Thank you!

A beautiful hotel for relaxing with family and friends, a lot of entertainment and a wonderful spa, Zaїra healed me for 4 sessions of massage, just golden hands, also we with the family really love hamam, which Zaїra did very well for us.
Rixy Kids Club
Very good options at kids club for each type of activities. The teachers from Art EGE, and Music Maria. Thanks for their patience and attention, Deniz had so much fun and memories by their close focus.
