Welcoming hotel
The hotel is excellent, with immaculate ambience! It caters for three generations on holiday with a personal touch! Great place , beautifully set in a beautifully grounds which are well kept! The staff are fabulous particularly our welcome staff called Saltanat! Who went an extra Mile to make sure we are ok! She was very helpful ,very polite and patient . She was superb
Almost Perfect – Just a Few Tweaks Away from Five Stars
We had a really enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova. We traveled with two children aged 9 and 5 months. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the facilities are outstanding, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
The food was good overall, with plenty of variety each day, although some of the themed nights were a little underwhelming. The Turkish à la carte restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food alongside a beautiful sea view. A particularly thoughtful touch was the dedicated baby food fridge in the main restaurant, which was incredibly convenient and a real lifesaver for families travelling with young children.
The pools were warm and never felt overly noisy. If you want a sunbed by the pool, you’ll need to be up early, but there was always plenty of space on the beach. We spent most of our holiday there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent table service.
The only downside to the location is that there’s not much to do outside the hotel. We also found the TUI representative to be quite vague when discussing excursions, which unfortunately led us to book a disappointing tour of Antalya Old Town.
This hotel has all the ingredients to be a five-star experience, but the service lets it down slightly. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but we had to make several trips to Guest Relations to resolve a few minor issues, with some requests seemingly getting lost in translation. Communication via WhatsApp felt unnecessary, and having to scan QR codes for restaurant menus was a bit of a faff—it would have been much nicer to have printed menus available. Restaurant service could also be slow at times, even when they weren’t particularly busy, and we occasionally had to flag staff down for drinks or assistance.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend Rixos Premium Tekirova. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the beach is a wonderful place to relax. With a few improvements to customer service and communication, this would easily be a five-star experience.
Finally, a special thank you to Issam and Ali, whose kindness, positivity, and outstanding attitude really stood out during our stay. They are a credit to the hotel and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable.

A week in paradise
I spent a week here with my mum and the staff were simply fantastic !! Attentive , kind , happy . It’s clear they are passionate about providing good service . A special shout out to the team at the mandarin restaurant Ali and our wonderful waitress Joleimi . Both made our stay stand out so much so we visited twice !! Can’t recommend the mandarin restaurant enough it’s amazing ! I can’t fault this hotel I’ve stayed in many hotels in Turkey especially in the Antalya area and this stands out as one of the best !
The BEST Hotel
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers everything you could need for a relaxing family vacation!!! The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This is, without a doubt, one of the best family resorts we’ve ever visited. The Rixy Club is absolutely outstanding and keeps children happily entertained all day. The variety of activities is incredible. From creative art classes to pottery and educational science classes, can you even imagine that?! I couldn't. My kids loved it. The kids are constantly engaged, learning new things, and having so much fun. The Rixy Club team deserves special recognition for making every child feel included and excited to come back each day. The pavilions are a true lifesaver for larger families. They provide the perfect combination of space, comfort, privacy, and personalized service, making the entire vacation even more enjoyable. If you’re traveling with family, they’re absolutely worth the extra cost. The food was excellent with an impressive variety, the facilities were spotless, and there were activities for every age. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing experience. Having stayed at many luxury resorts, I can confidently say this is better than any family resort we’ve visited in the USA. The level of service, the quality of the facilities, the children’s program, and the overall experience are simply on another level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free family vacation. It is absolutely worth every penny, and we already can’t wait to come back!
Best à la carte experience of our stay!
We are at Mandatin restaurant and we’re blown away by the service. Our hostess Bernadette was so lovely, wonderful with the children and helped us make excellent food choices. We left having the best à la carte experience of the trip. Even more incentive to come back for a third year and experience the heaven that is this Rixos resort. Thank you!
