I am very disappointed with my latest stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the overall quality has declined significantly compared to my previous visits.
A large part of the staff could not communicate in either English or Russian, which made even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Orders were frequently mixed up, and the service was often disorganized.
The housekeeping was far below the standard expected from a hotel of this category. The rooms were cleaned poorly, and it is clear that the hotel is in need of a major renovation.
During our stay, a serious incident occurred at the hotel. In my opinion, the management failed to handle the situation properly and took little meaningful action to resolve the conflict. As a guest, this left me feeling that customer safety and satisfaction were not treated as a priority.
Another major disappointment was the food. During my previous visits, the buffet was varied and exciting, with different dishes every day. This time, however, the menu was almost the same every day, making the dining experience repetitive and far less enjoyable.
This was not my first stay at this hotel, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I used to recommend this place to others, but after this visit I can no longer do so. Sadly, I believe this was my last stay here.

We have stayed in one of the best hotels in Turkey and finally found our family hotel — Nirvana Dolce Vita.
Our holiday was truly wonderful and unforgettable. From the first day to the last, we felt welcomed, respected and genuinely cared for. The beautiful nature, huge green territory, excellent food and high level of service made our stay very special.
But what really makes Nirvana different from thousand of other luxury hotels is the Personal Assistants team. Their level of service is simply outstanding — attentive, professional, incredibly helpful and always one step ahead. Every request was handled quickly and with a genuine smile. This is a level of personal service that is hard to find, even in the best luxury hotels around the globe.
Every time we come here for a holiday, we leave with a feeling like we are saying goodbye to our own family — to the people who care about us, look after us and do everything to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable.

One of the best vacations we've had
Everything was actually how we wanted it to be. The staff was always very friendly and most of the time they came to ask if we would like anything, before we even said anything. The room was renovated and big and everything seemed high quality. The see was really clean and because the hotel has a big beach, you can swim in a big area. The food was delicious, some of the desserts were the best we've ever eaten. We celebrated our 3. Wedding Anniversary and on that day, a bottle of champagne, a basket of fruits and a small package of chocolates were sent to our room. Also our table at the a la carte restaurant, that we reserved for that evening was decorated with flower petals and at the end of our dinner, they brought a cake. The bands and the music were really top quality, I think the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Overall we were really happy and we are planning on coming again next year.

The hotel is very good, the best from the hotels we have been in Antalya. We have been here for nearly two weeks. The food is amazing, the beach is the biggest and the best out of all the other hotels‘ beaches. The service is also good, they give you WhatsApp contact and you can write everyday for all the questions you have. The room is also good and the room with the sea view is amazing. They also have different shows everyday, both for kids and adults. Moreover, i tried the gym and it is good for people who want to keep their form while on vacation. The staff is also amazing, they help you with everything.
