The waiter Ali Kõse is the most niceist waiter vers helpfull and smilling every day he is very good person. Super !!!!!!!❤️
Good hotel overall. Too bad that the slide parts are only open for a short time (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon). Clean hotel and friendly person like Alper and Seref. Small rooms overall. Very good situation
Absolutely amazing place, any problems that we have had have been sorted almost immediately. Hotel is clean. Most importantly, o have coeliac disease so food can be a problem for me, but Ali Kose the waiter and chef Seref Bey looked after me and made sure that my food was safe for me to eat. Thank you guys!
We had a fantastic family holiday at TUI BLUE Xanthe in August 2026. The hotel was amazing, with great food, a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and lots of activities and entertainment for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. A special thank you to Casper from the entertainment team! He was always energetic, friendly, funny, and welcoming. He did a fantastic job getting everyone involved in the activities and creating a fun atmosphere around the resort. You could really see how much effort and passion he put into his work, and he definitely made our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience at TUI BLUE Xanthe and would definitely recommend it to families. We would love to come back again! A big thank you to the whole team, and especially Casper, for making our holiday so memorable
We booked a two‑week family holiday to TUI Blue Xanthe, paying a premium price based on good ratings and the advertised “XXL” entertainment package. We expected a relaxing family break. Instead, the experience fell short across almost every area.
Room Allocation & Service
On our first night, our family of four was placed in the last available family room, directly beside constantly running industrial equipment. The noise made sleep impossible. We ended up in reception until 3:00 AM being advised to sleep on the sofas, before being given a single‑bed room just to get through until breakfast.
Although we were moved the following day, the on‑site TUI representative showed little interest in resolving issues, focusing instead on selling overpriced excursions. There was no follow‑up, and when we saw her later in the holiday, she casually remarked that she thought we had already gone home.
Language Barrier & Guest Treatment
The resort caters predominantly to German guests (around 80–90% ? of the clientele). While initial greetings in German are understandable, staff continued speaking German even after being addressed in English and while displaying the ability to speak English on their name badges. Orders were forgotten, and communication was poor. Staff even stated directly, that German guests are preferred, leaving us feeling treated as second‑class visitors.
Entertainment & Amenities
The entertainment was a major disappointment. Evening performances were consistently poor, and daytime pool music regularly consisted of the same few songs on repeat, with any entertainment being basic at best.
Facilities were wholly inadequate:
• The pool/evening entertainment bar (one and the same - wet sofa beds in the evening) is at least 50% undersized for the number of guests, yet it remained understaffed and unable to cope with demand that it had. • Sunbed availability and space is severely lacking around the main pools • Smoking/non‑smoking regulations are not enforced around the evening bar, adding to the discomfort of such a confined area.
These failures compounded the sense of a resort operating well below expectations and quality standards.
Lack of Feedback & Support
Perhaps most concerning is the complete disregard for guest feedback. Issues raised were ignored and the atmosphere suggested management simply wanted dissatisfied guests to leave so the “problem” would go away.
Having given up raising concerns and feeling unsupported by the hotel. The lack of action makes it clear that guest input is neither valued nor acted upon.
Overall Impression
This was not the premium holiday we paid for. It had been two weeks of noise, neglect, and disappointment, leading to family fallout from being left in an awful awful holiday. TUI UK had been notified while we were at the hotel, but given the dismissive attitude onsite, we expect any complaint to be handled with the same lack of care, possibly advising that we should have said more while on site, which we would have done, if guest relations wasn’t empty, because they ‘had to go to a meeting’!
Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Some members of staff were polite and helpful, but they were overwhelmed by the negativity of the atmosphere created by others who were less courteous or engaging. The stars are for them, as they should consider careers away from this place.
