Victory Resort

We spent 11 nights there.

In short:

• rooms: it's not real 5 stars, but we could not expect anthing more. Bathrooms have already few years.

• swimming pool: big, nice, plenty of sunbeds. If only Russian people(90% of all guests) would not reserve them at 7.00 would be additional advantage

• sea: not far away. We were walking there, even though there was a bus from / to hotel. Nice sand, no stones, PLENTY of sunbeds and a great advantage: sun-protection fabric roofing !! Everybody could rest without constant need to adjust position.

• FOOD: they went really crazy on that: every night the amount of different king of food was overwhelming. Shrimps / chicken / tuna / beef / pizza / burgers /fruits/ icecreams/... everybody would find something for themselves.

I wish I'm there again, but I'm not That is a disadvantage! :):):)

I start with the good things. The hotel is about one hour far to the airport and has a super garden, about 5 min to walk to the beach or you can take the shuttle bus. The beach has fine sand and in the sea are not stones. About the food, there is a great variety of cold and warm meals, also at the beach ( even they call this snack ) is a big variation of food and all tasty. They have also great milchshakes and super icecream what you can enjoy from 14-17 at the big pool. The woman at the beachbar is extremly nice, she smiles all the time even she works hard. The animation is good and not penetrant. There are 2 pools, one relaxing pool and the other with 2 waterslides, both clean. Just the waterslide is not how it should be, after 3 times hurts you the ass. 😊 About stuff I can mention 3 persons what were nice, the man at the entry in the hotel area to the beach side, the man what cleans the beach and the woman what cleans at beach restaurant. The stuff from reception is very unfriendly, the stuff from service ask you once what you would like to drink, if you dont give money they never ask again. Otherwise they make their job good, just they are not all friendly. We had a family room, what means 2 rooms very small, one of this without any window. The clima works good. The cleaning is poor, they clean superficial and in my vacation I had to run to find toilette paper and not just once. Few times we received 2 towels for shower even we were 4 person. We were not "allowed" to let something on furniture, if we forgot ever something they put all inside the furniture. When we arrived the toilette was dirty and it was sand on the floor.The hotel is old and you see this very good , but for us it would not be a problem when it would be all clean. Unfortunatly that was not the case. We had mushrooms in bath and around shower cabine it was extremly dirty. But the worst thing was, that my husband received food poisoning, even we liked so much this food. We never eat or drink somewhere else except in this hotel, so is clear that from there he received this. At home he made some blood tests what show that the CRP so high cannot be from dirty glasses or dirty hands, this was just from food. We stayed 14 days in this hotel and we were lucky that he received this 4 days before we should go home. So we had just 4 days destroyed and not all vacation. If this ever happen to you, DON'T GO in Özel Manavgat Yaşam Hastanesi Hospital, even the doctor from hotel will send you there.( they have a deal together) It is a horror "private" hospital what costed us 1500 euro for a night and they treated us extremly bad. From my point of view based on facts, i dont give to this hotel more then 2 stars, turkish stars. So, even im sorry....we will never come back.

• tiny rooms, conditioning does not work properly even in the lobby, shower does not work properly, water on the floor. Shuttle bus goes when the driver want, only one key for rooms it does not matter how much person one or four. Why they call themselves 5 stars hotel?
