Tui Blue Barut Andiz

This was the second time my friend and I have visited Barut Andız (we don’t normally return somewhere), and after our first stay, we genuinely didn’t think it could get any better. Somehow, it has.

There have been some fantastic additions to the entertainment programme, but what continues to make this hotel so exceptional is its people. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the service is outstanding. There is a genuine sense of community here, and returning to Barut Andız really does feel like coming home.

What stands out most is the culture that has been created throughout the hotel. It isn’t something that feels forced or rehearsed – kindness, warmth and exceptional customer service are simply part of how people work here. You see it at every level and in every department. The staff genuinely seem proud to work at Barut Andız, and that says an enormous amount about the leadership and culture behind the scenes.

The investment in staff development is also incredibly impressive. We noticed younger members of staff being supported through a training programme, developing their skills while becoming part of the Barut standard of service. It shows an investment not only in the hotel, but in people and the wider community. Other hotels could learn a great deal from seeing how it is done here.

A special mention must go to Savas, who should be extremely proud of the work he is doing. The standards across the hotel speak for themselves, but it is the way those standards are lived every day by the team that makes the difference.

And then there is the food – beyond exceptional. The quality, variety and presentation are outstanding.

The drinks deserve their own mention too. The cocktail mixologist in the main reception area creates drinks that are genuinely pieces of art – simply stunning!

There is something quite magical about Barut Andız. Perhaps the greatest testament to that is the number of guests who return year after year. People don’t just come back because of the facilities, food or sunshine; they come back because of how this place makes them feel.

Our holidays are precious. We work hard for them, look forward to them and choose carefully where we spend them. Barut Andız is a very special place to spend that time.

Thank you for welcoming us back. Thank you to every member of staff who went above and beyond. And thank you for creating somewhere that, even when you are hundreds of miles away, somehow manages to feel like home.

This was our 3rd time to this hotel & as other guests have pointed out, this hotel & its manager savas & his staff make it a special holiday from the minute you turn up. Savas treats you like his own family & walks round daily, in fact day & night making sure your enjoying your stay & if there is something missing he will pull out all the stops to get it. He’s special to us as he keeps in contact all throughout the year, he try’s to give you the best experience & succeeds. He even kept a surprise from me and got my daughter & her partner there for me, without my knowledge, gorgeous gorge was also involved in the surprise, we love it here and have met very good friends who we meet up with every year since we started going there. The pool is great, the beach is a 2 minute walk, which is private to the hotel & even get spoilt down there with drinks, ice cream & fruit.
