Tui Blue Barut Andiz

My partner and I had an incredible holiday! The hotel, Tui Blue Barut Andiz, was fantastic and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was brilliant too — just a five-minute walk to the beach. The entertainment was also excellent, both to watch and to join in with.

I’d like to give a special mention to the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and helped make our engagement even more special. The manager, Savos, helped us plan some lovely extra touches for the proposal evening, and I’m very grateful to him. He also checked in with us throughout each day to make sure we were having a great time, which we really appreciated.

The bar staff, Halil and Ismail, were fantastic — always friendly and attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. Dogan was brilliant too, organising fun daily activities like water volleyball, which I loved, and bringing great energy to the evening entertainment. He’s also a real credit to the hotel.

Overall, our experience was amazing, and we’d definitely love to come back one day.

If you want a relaxing and the best holiday ever then do not hesitate and book the Barut Andiz. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly reception staff run by the wonderful Emir (most helpful man ever). The hotel is so clean and tidy and you will never see anything out of place. Rooms are spacious and kept clean daily by the wonderful maids who work so hard to keep the hotel clean. I prefer the pool and we always got a sun bed, the beach is a short walk but your all inclusive continues whilst down there. The staff is what makes this hotel so special and there are so many to thank but for us we have to thank Tahir in the restaurant for looking after us and keeping us entertained and spoke excellent English. Captain Nuri in the Al la Carte is just one in a million and works so hard to make sure you all get the best service. Halil at the pool bar who is always smiling and happy to see everyone and I have to mention the lovely little lady (unsure of her name) who greeted me with a "hello lady" everyday the cutest voice ever. Moving on to the pool which is of good temperature and the most relaxing pool and so clean, but thanks have to go to the amazing Ismail who works non stop providing you with your drinks all day, he must walk so many steps per day in the heat and is always smiling and laughing with everyone, he is a true asset to the hotel and the best lifeguard at the pool party (keep Ismail at the pool party). Brilliant entertainment in the evenings run by Debbie (Tui) and they have some fantastic bands and lets not forget the weekly pool parties which are just the best fun evenings ever and everyone comes together and joins in. The famous George who is bar manager continues to be everyone's favorite and he works so hard and always makes sure you are never without a drink, he is literally the best ever and I am happy to now class him as a friend. Food is of good high standards and expect to increase the waistline with the deserts which you have so much choice to pick from everyday. Now finally the management Mehmet who is now operations manager is walking around daily and making sure everything is okay and always happy to solve any issues. But my final thanks has to go to manager Savas who you will see daily and all the time, I have never been to a hotel and seen a manager as much as you will see him, he goes above and beyond to make sure you are all having an amazing time and if you have any issues/problems just let him know and he will solve it for you, nothing more annoying than people that moan about hotels but never discuss with management to allow them to resolve. Our favourite hotel to visit! We have returned from another perfect 2 week stay at our home away from home. The hotel improves year upon year (somehow, when it is always outstanding) staff retention is excellent, hotel is spotlessly clean, food is amazing, not repetitive. Our housekeeper was so lovely and friendly, rooms are cleaned to a high standard.

Nothing at all is too much trouble, if you have any issues (which we never do) the hotel management will try to solve it straight away.

The pool and beach areas are relaxing and again spotless.

The whole team at the Andiz every year are always excellent and happy to see you return. We cant thank everyone enough for looking after us, every staff member goes above & beyond for guests. Halit’s cocktails are always outstanding, our Gorgeous George for always making us laugh and being so amazing making our drinks and dancing with us, Mehmet & Hassan for checking how our meals were, Sezin for serving us every day in the main restaurant with a smile and Halil, Ismail & Kubra for looking after us so well every day at the pool. The Tui team are fantastic for providing day time activities around the pool, including yoga, Pilates and aqua. Evening entertainment is subtle and there are other options for quieter drinks.

Lastly, Savas you are an incredible manager so attentive to every detail, friendly and always there to check-in with guests. Always visible throughout every day and evening. Your leadership/management and hard work does not go unnoticed by guests and that is why so many guests return regularly. Thank you for always making sure we have a perfect trip each time & are looked after each visit. See you all next summer!
