We’ve just spent a week at Trendy Palm Beach and honestly, it was a week of pure bliss! From the moment we arrived, the service and friendliness of the staff really stood out to us. There are so many people who made our holiday special, and although I can’t remember everyone’s names, I really want to mention a few.
Murat was one of the staff members we remember by name. He was so friendly, chatty and welcoming towards us, always making time for a conversation and making us feel so comfortable. The staff really are a credit to the hotel.
Another special mention to the gentleman who was on the drinks cart most days. He was always so attentive and even ran drinks over to us when the weather was absolutely miserable. We’re from Scotland, so we’re used to the rain, but having the weather ruin parts of our holiday was a bit of a downer. This was absolutely no fault of the hotel, though, and I honestly can’t fault the spirits of the staff, who continued to make everyone feel welcome and looked after even when the rain was lashing down.
A special mention also to the gentleman at the pool bar, down the left-hand side where the entertainment was on most evenings. He was incredibly attentive, constantly bringing drinks over as soon as we had finished and making sure we were looked after, even when the weather was awful. It’s these little things that really make a difference and make you want to return.
The food was lovely, with plenty of choice and lots of fish dishes. You can tell the hotel caters to a largely German clientele, but I personally don’t go abroad expecting to eat British food every day. I’m always happy to try new things, and we tried a few things we wouldn’t normally have chosen and thoroughly enjoyed them. There are also so many different times throughout the day when the buffet is open, so you’ll never be stuck looking for something to eat or worrying about going hungry! We also loved the little touches throughout the hotel, especially the bathrobes, the pasta corner and, of course, the drinks cart. These little extras really added to our stay.
Emine from housekeeping also deserves a special mention. She was so friendly, kept our room spotless and decorated the bed beautifully. The minibar was topped up every day free of charge, which was another lovely touch and much appreciated. Thank you, Emine, for helping make our stay so lovely!
One thing we really loved was that there were plenty of sun loungers available, even in the late morning and around midday. This can be so difficult to find at some hotels, so it was lovely not having to worry about getting up at silly o’clock to secure a bed. The private beach was also beautiful and made the whole experience even better.
The entertainment was really good from what we managed to see before the rain unfortunately interrupted things. The ICON show was absolutely fabulous, and we also loved The Drifters. It was such a shame that the weather affected some of the entertainment, but again, that’s something nobody can control!
We also want to say a huge thank you to Aylin, who organised a beautifully decorated table for our anniversary and arranged our à la carte experience. The food was beautiful, and the service was amazing. It was such a lovely touch and made our anniversary feel extra special.
A mention as well to the two gentlemen with the shops in the hotel, one who owns the handbag shop and the other who runs the little convenience shop selling snacks, perfumes, trinkets and other bits. Both were so friendly and welcoming, and everything was reasonably priced. It was lovely having such nice people around, always happy to have a chat.
If I had one main criticism, it would be the smoking in non-smoking areas, particularly around other guests while they were eating dinner. This did take away from the experience at times, and it would be lovely to see this better managed. But honestly wasn’t a huge deal.
Overall, we honestly had a fantastic week and couldn’t fault the friendliness, attentiveness and hard work of the staff. Even with the miserable weather, they kept the atmosphere positive and made sure we were looked after throughout our stay. It’s the people who make a hotel special, and the staff at Trendy Palm Beach really do that.
Thank you to everyone who made our holiday and anniversary so lovely. We’ve made some lovely memories and would definitely recommend the hotel! Hopefully we will return next year❤️
Fantastic Hotel. The rooms are fantastic. We had a sea view. The rooms were cleaned each day, with the mini bar stocked daily. However, catered for mainly German’s. All the staff spoke fluent German whilst very little English. Food was excellent! The location of the hotel is good if you want quiet and not a lot to do. No Bars close by. The nightly entertainment was ok. The Beach was great so was the pool if you got up early enough you were lucky to get a sunbed. Beach towels are supplied. Bottled Water is situated round the pool in fridges. Twice a day you have a drinks trolley come round the pool.
Have visited this Hotel a dozen times, never had a bad experience as the Staff are lovely and very helpful. From the Receptionists to the Waiters and Bar Staff, all were very professional. Food varied and plentiful, rooms well appointed, and Sun Loungers always available. Would highly recommend a visit.
My friend and I spent two fabulous weeks at Trendy Palm Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous food and the pool. The beach and sea were lovely, but for us the fixed canopies rather spoiled it as you got no sun unless you bagged the front row! The Oktoberfest celebration was fabulous. Music, dancing and yet more food!! The staff do really make this place. So helpful and polite. Abdil seemed to be working everywhere we went! He enjoyed jokes and banter with us every day. Dilek and Cihan were great too. Very attentive. We did feel a little outnumbered at times as the hotel attracts most guests from Germany and food was orientated to them, but we always found something to eat, especially enjoying the outside grill. Entertainment on the whole was fairly good. Rooms on the small side, but clean and functional.
We stayed at this hotel the first week of September 2026. Location was excellent. Shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Beach on the doorstep. This hotel was absolutely beautiful with no issues at all. Staff so helpful and friendly. They can’t do enough for you. Food was excellent with so many choices. We used most of the Al-cart restaurants, the only disappointing one was the fish restaurant. That did not mean the food was to fault, it was personal taste. Night time entertainment was excellent, as was the animation team throughout the day. Beach was easily accessible, very clean with no issue with Sunbeds. Also no issues around the pool for beds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Rooms very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Our transfer driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel during the night, on arrival. The hotel reception rang the staff at trendy palm beach and a driver came to collect us within 20 minutes. Even the manager if this hotel took the time out of his day, on more than one occasion to speak to guests, asking if everything was okay and was there anything we needed (sorry didn’t get his name) Our only regret was, we didn’t stay longer !
