Trendy Palm Beach

Best adults only hotel i’ve ever been to. It is august, peak season and they manage to make this “machinery” to work smooth and to offer top services to the clients. Behind this “efortless” image it is a draconic work for planning, tranning and doing. The staff, in general is well trained and super proffesional. It is an actual army of employee. They work hard, HORECA is hard work, in hot temperature, restless, with a smile on their faces, happy to be at your service. Clients are actually rude, they don t even say “hello” or “thank you”. The hotel is clean, well organised. Rooms are spotless, ladies who clean them are friendly and eager to do their best for you to feel like home. The food….my God, well…i am romanian so the food was something familiar to me. But, everything was delicios, tasty, fresh, full of flavours, divers, for all tastes and diets. People from restaurants, bars, kitchens are heroes as they manage to run everything fast, well and without any problem. Entertainment is good, everyday something else in the evening. The Turkish night was top from the food, to the atmosphere and the show. The beach is clean, close and guarded. The spa is good, first day it is a must to prepare your skin for the hot sun. The shops in the hotel are cheaper than those outside(i made a riguros research😀). The optiek shop has lots of new models, lenses, super good prices, a friendly and proffesional manager in Harun’s person. The pools are clean but i am a sea person. Wi-fi works good but i had esim bought with plenty on data. If you want to visit, actually it is a must, Antalya and Side or something else, there are offers with travel agencies and also Domis at the corner at the street(for Side antim) and not only. At last but not least, the cats, i anjoyed watching them, petting them, they are part of the turkish culture, respect them and donate in the box near client bureau by the reception. So, i felt spoiled, calm, happy and i enjoyed at the fullest this hollyday. Thank you, fantastic team of Trendy Palm Beach! And for the visitors, behave, say nice words, don t leave mess, say “hello, thank you and please”, don t slam the doors, tip everytime and everybody, put money in the cats donations box!

This is my 2nd time at this hotel and I really can not fault it at all. Burhan on reception was so quick to help us with a room problem that we had, it was sorted quickly and efficiently, he really could not do enough to help. The team in the dining room are amazing, Deniz being my absolute favourite, always smiling, so very polite and professional, she really could not do enough for us. To be honest the whole team are an absolute credit to the hotel. The bar staff, once again fabulous, always with a smile and a keenness to please. The entertainment team are fantastic, they really do go above and beyond beyond. The chambermaids that cleaned the rooms do an fabulous job, the hotel is absolutely immaculate, the maintenance team…once again fabulous! The location is spot on, the hotel sits on its own beach with plenty of sunbeds, lifeguards ate always on duty. Beach area is very clean as is the pool. There ate waterslides available, which we all need to have a go on!! Over all I have no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Definitely a 5* with 5* service.

Fantastic stay. Any issues, Burhan, part of the reception team resolved immediately. He was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English always with a smile. Other staff members who delivered great service were Deniz and Calgar( think it’s pronounced Challav)in the dining hall and Ardil on the bar.
