This hotel is not a 5 star amd far from it , a early 4 star id say. Its clean tidy but not a 5 no way
Hotel -clean tidy Food and drink - not good, preimum drinks either not availible or they dont like giving out ,they pull there face when ask, food poor same food basicly each day amd night even though they say theme nights. Snack not availible much other tha cake cafe , this was realy good
Service - standerd, and waiting staff asking for tips is not good, everything us go get yourself amd table or pool serivce very poor
Nurse or doctor- chargeable , we needed them after getting D&V most likly from the cheif trying serve uncooked eggs.
Day time team activity , dress like they are guests and no interaction.
Hotel is not for english defo not other guests so so rude it was shocking.
All in all its not a 5 star no way uf you want 5 go to a akra hotel you will see the differance.
Trendy Verbena Beach – A Great Choice for Families, Even for the Third Time
This was our third stay at Trendy Verbena Beach. We have visited Turkey several times and stayed at other hotels as well, but we keep coming back here because we really appreciate its size, location and overall quality.
One of the biggest advantages for us is the beautiful sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the sea, which is perfect for families with children. We also like the fact that this is not a huge resort with thousands of guests and endless distances to walk. Everything is relatively close – the rooms, pools, restaurants and beach – so you don’t spend half of your holiday walking around the resort.
One of the main reasons we return is definitely the food. There is a great variety, the food is tasty and of good quality, and we also appreciate the selection of drinks. During all our stays here, we have never experienced any stomach problems, which is very important to us when travelling with children. We also really enjoyed the French à la carte restaurant, which we would definitely recommend.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. What I miss the most is good coffee being available early in the morning. For a proper coffee, you have to wait until the café opens at 10:00 a.m., which is quite late for anyone who enjoys their morning coffee.
I also find the à la carte reservation system rather inconvenient. Reservations can only be made between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., which is quite restrictive, especially when you are spending your morning at the beach.
Sunbeds around the pool were another issue during our stay. If we wanted to get a place by the pool, we had to reserve sunbeds at around 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, it was very difficult to find any available later.
I was also slightly disappointed with the drinks selection compared with our previous stay. Cocktails are not available at the beach bar, and the overall cocktail menu has been reduced compared with last year. On the positive side, the staff were very accommodating – whenever I asked for something specific or a little different, someone was usually happy to prepare it for me.
Overall, we still rate Trendy Verbena Beach very positively. There are a few details that could be improved, but the combination of a beautiful beach, the hotel’s more compact size, good-quality food and drinks, and its convenience for families with children is why we have chosen to stay here three times.
And perhaps that is the best recommendation we can give – when there are hundreds of resorts to choose from in Turkey and you still decide to return to the same one.

Wonderful hospitality, a beautiful beach and staff who genuinely care
We have had a wonderful stay at Trendy Verbena Beach, and one of the hotel’s greatest strengths is undoubtedly its people.
Even before our arrival, the hotel was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The replies were quick, comprehensive and genuinely helpful. When we arrived, it was clear that our previous messages had actually been read and taken into consideration, which made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. Check-in was friendly, smooth and well organised.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a layout that worked very well for our family. It provided a pleasant and relaxing space to return to at the end of each day.
A very special thank-you must go to Berrin Sönmez, the Guest Relations Manager. Berrin was incredibly kind to us and was always available and genuinely ready to help. Her warm, professional and caring approach made us feel that we were not simply room numbers, but guests whose experience truly mattered. The hotel also offers a very useful WhatsApp guest-relations service, making it easy to ask questions or request assistance during the stay.
The beach is beautiful, clean and very well organised, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. We particularly want to recognise Yusuf, who works throughout the day cleaning, arranging and moving the beach loungers. He works continuously in extremely hot weather and helps keep the entire beach area clean, orderly and comfortable for everyone. His hard work deserves to be acknowledged.
Although we did not personally use the swimming pools, we noticed that they were kept very clean. There were several comfortable areas with plenty of loungers, and the guests using them appeared relaxed and happy.
The food has also been a very positive part of our experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good range of choices, and the team is very accommodating. We also noticed plenty of suitable options for children and families. The à la carte restaurants, which are included as part of the all-inclusive experience, are a particularly enjoyable addition and provide a lovely change from the main buffet.
We would also like to give a special mention to Hasan. We met him working in the à la carte restaurants as well as assisting with other hotel functions. His versatility, friendliness and consistently welcoming manner were very noticeable. However, this praise really extends to the entire team: wherever we went, the staff were lovely and helped create a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
One more special mention must go to the lovely “Trendy Cat” 🐈 near the hotel’s beach entrance. It was heartwarming to see that the cat has a well-maintained little house, together with plenty of food and fresh water. This thoughtful detail says something very positive about the kindness and character of the hotel.
What impressed us most was the consistency of the hospitality—from the communication before arrival and the smooth check-in to the restaurants, guest relations and beach service. There are many people working behind the scenes and in the heat to make guests’ holidays enjoyable, and their efforts are clearly reflected throughout the hotel.
Thank you to Berrin, Hasan, Yusuf and the whole team at Trendy Verbena Beach for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to recommend this hotel.

No stress, relax
Our room was cleaned thoroughly by Meral (I don't remember the maid's name), who cleaned our room thoroughly every day, and towels were also changed daily. The food at the hotel was good, but there weren't enough sunbeds on the hotel grounds. There were more sunbeds on our private beach, but there were plenty of them. Beach activities, such as a kite flight with a motorboat over the beach, are expensive at 110 euros for two people. The entire facility is clean and the staff in the dining room cleans quickly, and the waiters in the bars are super nice and understand English.
10/10 experience
I had the pleasure of staying at Trendy Verbena Beach, and my experience was truly a 10/10.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. I would especially like to highlight how considerate and helpful the hotel was regarding food allergies. They took our needs seriously and went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special thank you to the head chef, who kindly prepared a separate dessert for my mother, who has a nut allergy. This was such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated it.
The hotel has a wonderful location, with the beach just a short distance away, and the surrounding areas were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.
The food was also excellent, with a great variety of options. The different activities and entertainment provided by the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Trendy Verbena Beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
