This hotel is not a 5 star amd far from it , a early 4 star id say. Its clean tidy but not a 5 no way
Hotel -clean tidy Food and drink - not good, preimum drinks either not availible or they dont like giving out ,they pull there face when ask, food poor same food basicly each day amd night even though they say theme nights. Snack not availible much other tha cake cafe , this was realy good
Service - standerd, and waiting staff asking for tips is not good, everything us go get yourself amd table or pool serivce very poor
Nurse or doctor- chargeable , we needed them after getting D&V most likly from the cheif trying serve uncooked eggs.
Day time team activity , dress like they are guests and no interaction.
Hotel is not for english defo not other guests so so rude it was shocking.
All in all its not a 5 star no way uf you want 5 go to a akra hotel you will see the differance.
Heard mixed reviews regarding this hotel being an English traveler. I could not recommend this hotel enough! Spoitlessly clean, all the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable throughout your stay. The hotel is catered towards German customers with the food, I would only say for breakfast. All the meals were beautiful, plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. We tried the Italian 🇮🇹 which was beautiful, calm and attentive environment. Cocktails were fantastic and included in your stay, along with the minibar being at no additional charge. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the entertainment team were always there to offer activities through the day. The highlight of our trip was the beach party which happens every “wendsday , amazing atmosphere. Rooms and the hotel is modern spacious and clean. We will definitely return as a couple, for families I would recommend a more family oriented hotel.
A second visit to this lovely hotel. Has all you want for a family vacation, clean pools, nice food, lovely beach and staff cant do enough. Special thanks to Berrin and Darya on customer relations for help and advice.
Seconds nd time here and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach front is great and the restaurants are great. Booked the speciality restaurants with the concierge and the girls went above and beyond to accommodate all of us.
