Hotel is in a brilliant location with some fantastic shops on the doorstep and a lovely beach with plenty of water sports. Downside to the beach is it is quite rocky getting into the sea and there is only a small area that you can swim in due to this. This did not impact on our holiday though and we spent most days at the beach.
The hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly. The food choice was really good and plentiful, i do not eat meat so i did find myself having salads for every meal as there was not a lot of meat free alternatives but the food i did have was amazing. We always ate quite early and sat outside which was lovely, we did eat later one evening and it was too busy for my liking but its a big hotel so is to be expected.
We had a boat ride into Side town and this was a lovely day out and we also did paragliding which i would highly recommend.
Sunbeds, this could be a problem if you want a poolside bed. I was awake every morning at 6.30aam and ALL beds were taken by the poolside which were mostly unoccupied. The staff did not remove any towels. I would rather sit away from the pool and there were always sunbeds available on the grass however, i do feel staff should remove towels if not in use as i feel this is unfair on other people. Hotel provides clean towels daily which is great to use for the beach.
This was a great holiday and i would highly recommend, it has a lovely village feel, the hotel is much bigger than what i would you usually go for but i really enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful stay at Trendy Aspendos Beach. The location is perfect for families, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is very welcoming and enjoyable.
The rooms are amazing, spacious and very clean, with excellent housekeeping service. The food and overall service offer great value for money, and the staff work hard to make the experience special.
My only concern was the price of excursions booked through TUI. They were much more expensive than prices available outside the hotel, even though the activities and destinations were the same. I would recommend comparing prices before booking excursions.
Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily recommend Trendy Aspendos Beach.
Everything was amazing. We were satisfied with everything.
We have just returned from a lovely 10 day holiday at this hotel. We are a family with teens and have usually gone to Egypt. This year we wanted - good standard hotel with one room large enough for us all, fabulous food, great cocktails and a good standard if evening entertainment. After lots of research via ChatGPT we booked this hotel through TUI. The good - flights with EasyJet, great, on time with pleasant staff. Transfer was fine, second stop so arrived after around an hour. Checkin went well until hotel tried to put us in 2 separate rooms, I booked one room for a reason. I may have teenagers but not comfortable with them having their own room. I was told they were overbooked etc etc. After a long discussion, they found the last two bedroom’s room. Beware - TUI sell you two different sea view rooms, one with side sea view, one with full sea view. The hotel don’t differentiate and will stick you in what’s available. When we got the right room - it was nice, fairly spacious, good amenities. Bad points, tiny balcony! So no sitting out chilling in the evening, far too small for 2 let alone 4. Not what TUI sell you in the pictures. Second is the annoying glass door that splits each sleeping area, so if your teens stay up - the light comes through to the other room and no way of blocking it out. Needs a curtain or blind. Shower was great, plenty of hot water and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was a nice touch. Food - what can I say…. Wow. I’m well travelled, this hotel had the best selection of breakfast I’ve ever seen. No queues at any time, waiter service for coffee or you can help yourself. Juices, yoghurts, fruit, waffles, pancakes - usual eggs etc. amazing! Evening in the same restaurant was just as good. Plenty, tasty and amazing choice. During the day, there’s lots of choices for lunch, we tried the main restaurant, beach bar and coffee shop which did fabulous sandwiches. All were great, high standard and we ate well. Drinks - brilliant, good standard. Proper sized glasses. Mixed well. The cocktails on the first floor bar with big terrace were amazing and the waiters were real mixologists. Where the main entertainment was - you could get your own drinks or be waited on. It was a slick operation. Entertainment - best we’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The Drifters group were full of energy, loads of other singers. Lots of other entertainment in the amphitheatre but never watched it so can’t comment. Daytime entertainment was plentiful if you wanted it, plus an amusement arcade with pool and bowling but this could do with air con. Water gym was a lot of fun and hard work! Beach was nice, only strolled on it to watch the sunrise but had lots of beds. If you’ve read this far, hope it’s been useful! Negatives - Sunbeds. They are grabbed very early, or I suspect as people are going to bed. I got up at 6.15 every day and on occasion was lucky to get beds - wasn’t bothered that they were at the waters edge, just somewhere in the vicinity. I have no issue particularly with this except people reserve and then don’t use. There are signs saying hotel will remove towels at 11am if beds aren’t in use which I think is a good idea but it isn’t followed. I saw quite a few alterations which was amusing! The hotel is predominantly German or Russian. Again I have no issues with this except they can be quite rude, demanding and mean to staff which I didn’t like. The entertainment team were multi lingual which was great. Hopefully I’ve covered everything. Would I go back? Yes absolutely but probably only for a week, the entertainment was a week rolling programme which was shame when we were here for longer. Something management should think about. But for the food, drinks and overall vibe - fabulous!
We had a lovely time at the hotel, my daughter was well looked after as she has coeliac disease. We pre ordered her food at guest relations and everyone was so helpful especially Iclal and Irem. Ferdi in the restraint was amazing and looked for us each day to sort our food order out. The entertainment was good, something different each night. Lovely time had by all 😊
