General view

Staff very friendly and helpful. Would always come and check on us to check everything is okay. Hotel has a private beach as well as several swimming pools on site with lots of fun activities at both. Also evening entertainment is very good. Highly recommend staying for a special relaxing holiday.

The Sense de Lux

Amazing hotel, staff super friendly. Especially Kevser and the animation team. Big shout out to Alperen at the pool bar too. Green bar snack ladies are super cute. Food is tasty and lots of choice. The hotel is spotless and the rooms spacious. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Any bad reviews I’d take with a pinch of salt. We’ve loved our stay here.

the hotel was clean , pity the food was terrible meat not cooked properly,  chips & soup for breakfast come on really being british eggs on toast for breakfast everyday is shocking , in not german which the hotel strives on so being Scottish we were left feeling out of place, 1 of canteen staff spoke ok English untill i commented on the food then couldn't speak or understand me ( convenient).
the pool in the shade was cold ( for me was great) but dead things in the water by the stairs...... we were bitten several times in there ......
entertainment very out dated , bar staff also very rude,  when asked for no ice they got annoyed .
air con terrible,  can't leave anything in room to charge when you out as power goes off . we had to get maintenance out as balcony door didn't lock

This is our second stay at The Sense Deluxe Hotel as we had such a great time last year we rebooked. 
I said in last years review that most guests were German and Russian and this year it was the same and we were the only English couple that we came across.  
The bar staff that were very friendly in the Primi bar last year were not so this year and one barman was quite rude to me and the only reason I can think of is recent events in the world since last year which was very unprofessional.  
The hotel replies often say if only you had reported the problem to us.. well I did complain about the very rude barman and did get an apology from the person at reception I complained to and the bar manager but not from the guy who was rude to me.  I did see this barman the next evening and asked if we were ok and he said yes and we shook hands but unfortunately things didn't get better and previously friendly staff were now scowling at us and frosty.   
All very unprofessional from a 5* hotel and as there are only the 2 lounge bars and nowhere to go outside of the hotel we didn't enjoy the rest of our 9 night stay.
Needless to say we will not be coming back to this hotel or Turkey which is a shame.

Not so good for us now

This hotel is amazing, the staff are so friendly, the food is fantastic. I love drink beer here We enjoyed the beach not too far to walk. They do Arrange a buggy to take you there, the entertainment is so brilliant with live shows and pool entertainment too . We found the staff and the people very friendly soo especially Kevser
