Loved our holiday
Just returned our 10 night holiday and can honestly say this is the best all inclusive holiday we have ever been on. Hotel is lovely and clean. Room cleaned with fresh towels everyday - only negative is the lack privacy in shower area. The upgrade to pool view rooms was worth it.
Food can be repetitive but that's usually to be expected with all inclusive. Bar & restaurant staff are all great and deserve more recognition than they get. The "sunbed wars" weren't quite as bad as we expected, but we did have to get down there by 7am to secure our favourite spot, but there was plenty of other spaces. Pool guy is great, always helped us with beds & parasols and we never had to ask him once!
Now to the animation team......AMAZING!!! Absolutely made the holiday for us. Loved the dance routines. Massive special shout out to Mimi, we 🩷 you!! Always so bubbly, made us feel like we had known each other for years!! We even enjoyed her morning workouts. Which brings me onto Rio and Junior, can't thank them enough for the joy they brought to the Aqua Gym class 💪😍. Never enjoyed Aqua Gym so much. Such good fun, it was the highlight of our mornings! And thanks to Mario, aka Michael Jackson. Fab night!! As was the show by the animation team. All-in-all, totally recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

Great hotel
5 star nice food lovely rooms. Lots to do around pool and animation team make the holiday great.
Overall a good hotel and holiday
Weve just returned from here and had a lovely holiday. Our room was a standard room but very spacious and lovely and clean. The drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. The pools were all great, the family loved the slides. Getting a sun bed was a challenge if you didn't get down early but we just set an alarm and it was fine. The sun beds in the trees on the grass near the slide pool were great and because the sprinklers didnt turn off till 8am you could uaually get a bed there a bit later. The food in the restaurant was nice, nothing amazing but plenty of choices every day for everyone and table service for drinks while you were eating. The snack bar at lunch was great and enjoyed the wraps available there. We went to the beach a couple of times with no problems getting a sun bed regardless of time, I really liked that all the sun beds were shaded there. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. The only negative we found was some less than helpful reception staff. Some of our family were not given wristbands, luckily this didnt seen and issue and when we asked about shops in the area to do some shopping and were told there was nothing near by. A quick Google showed a 10min walk and there was loads of shops. Overall a good 4star hotel

Amazing family holiday
We had an amazing family holiday at Terrace Elite hotel. The room was nice and clean and exactly what we needed. It was cleaned every day and the mini fridge restocked daily. There was a great system to switch to decline a room clean by turning the switch by the front door if you wanted a bit of a lie in.
Food was great each day, plenty of choice for adults and kids. We enjoyed eating at the pool bar for lunch to have more variety and less formal than the restaurant.
The entertainment team at the hotel are fantastic. We have 2 boys aged 7 and 11 and the activities they took part in were ideal; darts, table tennis and football. Evening entertainment was superb with a mixture of shows put on by the entertainment team and external. I want to have a special shout out for Sassouki, Mimi, Mike and Junior who we had the most interaction with as a family and they made us feel very welcome.
The beach is a 5 min bus trip which is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. It’s a great location and there’s a water sports company nearby which you can do multiple events on. These aren’t part of the hotel but a great extra option for people.
Overall an amazing holiday and we’ll be booking to go back again next year.
Will not return to this hotel
This hotel was very hit and miss for us. We ate out numerous times and the food was very repetitive and not always labelled to what things were.
Entertainment staff were ok; not much for teenagers to do and they were not allowed to join in adult pool games which seemed ridiculous. Evening entertainment was rubbish and didn’t start until 10pm!
Some staff were rude and no pushy.
Pool was nice apart from a few nasty Dutch people who were aggressively towards my son because the parasol blew in the wind. Also lots of fights around the pool whilst we were there which again you don’t expect to see at a 4* hotel.
Room was disappointing with no view apart from dusty road and generator; I was told no family rooms have view so we couldn’t sit on balcony at all. We also every day had to ask for extra towels as they only left 3 and we were a family of 4x
Overall disappointed with our first trip to Turkey; I may come back to the area; but certainly not this hotel.
