Surrounded by lush gardens and located directly on the beach with golden sands and turquoise-blue waters, this excellent hotel resort is a perfect place to spend one's holidays. A water park with slides, an amusement park and a luxury spa leave no desire unfulfilled. Beautiful lake Titreyengöl is just a few steps away, the historic town of Side with its ancient sites is within easy reach.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. Water lovers can head down to the private beach, or take a dip in one of the 2 indoor and 11 outdoor swimming pools. Additional amenities at this Art Deco hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, babysitting (surcharge) and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
When I discussed this with the head of the animation team, he told me that I could sign a document taking full responsibility for my son, and in that case he would be allowed to join the activities with everyone else. So the restriction does not seem to be about safety, but rather a formality, and it is not clear why it applies to guests by default.
Your hotel positions itself as a family hotel, and this was one of the main reasons we chose it. I do not understand why guests are divided by age in a family hotel. If the hotel is family-oriented, it should provide suitable conditions for guests of all ages. If that is not possible during certain periods of the year, this should be clearly and publicly communicated, so that families can make an informed choice before booking.
In practice my son has almost nothing to do here and spends most of the day without any entertainment. For a teenager this makes the holiday very disappointing.
I kindly ask you to review this situation and allow my son to participate in the animation activities for the rest of our stay. I am ready to sign the document mentioned by the head of animation if that is required.

An amazing hotel! I cannot find a single fault. I would like to thank every single member of the staff for our wonderful vacation—thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You worked tirelessly, day and night, to ensure the guests' happiness. We will certainly be back! I recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, as well as to anyone looking for a divine beach, spacious grounds with excellent facilities, and the most tireless staff.
Sueno Hotels Beach Side - our experience after a family holiday
We stayed at Sueno Hotels Beach Side as a family with a child. Overall, the hotel is not bad, with a huge territory and an impressive amount of infrastructure, but we left with mixed feelings. For a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel, there are several things I think future guests should know before booking.
The hotel itself is clearly getting old and needs renovation. This is especially noticeable in the rooms - they are quite basic and outdated. On the positive side, we had no problems with housekeeping. Our room was cleaned regularly and on time.
The territory is huge. There are swimming pools, an aquapark, children's areas, amusement rides, sports facilities, animation, a large beach and many other activities. However, considering how much the hotel offers, guest orientation is surprisingly poor. Nobody really explains what is available, where everything is located, which activities are worth visiting or when and where they take place. If you find everything yourself, great. Otherwise, you can easily miss a lot of what the hotel has to offer.
One of the strongest points of the hotel is definitely the kids' club. This deserves a special mention. There were children of many different nationalities speaking different languages, but the animators handled this extremely well. They managed to involve everyone, bring the children together for the same games and activities, and make sure nobody felt left out because of the language barrier. The team really knows how to work with children. As parents, we felt comfortable leaving our child there and did not feel that we had to worry. For families with children, the kids' club is genuinely one of the best features of this hotel.
Food was another mixed experience. You definitely won't go hungry - there is plenty of food. However, we expected considerably more from a Turkish 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel.
In many Turkish hotels, dinner feels like an event - attractive presentation, meat and fish being grilled in front of guests, live cooking, fire, themed evenings and a special atmosphere. Here it mostly felt like a very large standard buffet - you come, take already prepared food and eat.
During our entire stay, there were no shrimps at all and no salmon or other red fish. Crayfish appeared once. Sea fish such as sea bass and dorado were available and were served on several occasions, but the main issue was not how often they were served - it was the lack of variety. For a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel, we expected a much wider selection of fish and seafood. There was always plenty of food and you certainly won't go hungry, but from a gastronomic point of view, the selection did not feel particularly special or premium.
The situation with alcohol is similar. The hotel advertises imported drinks, and they are available, but the selection is quite limited. Unless you specifically ask for imported alcohol, you will usually be served local brands. Even when asking specifically for imported drinks, quite often we were told that they had run out.
Another thing that surprised us with an Ultra All Inclusive concept was how many things require additional payment. The Lunapark rides are paid separately, the Lolitown children's miniature city costs extra - around €15 - and shisha is around $20. Even weighing your suitcase before departure is not available free of charge at reception. You are directed to the shops downstairs, where weighing one suitcase costs €1.
There is also Planet Beach Club, marked as No. 50 on the hotel map, where beach parties are held. There are no regular sunbeds in this area and guests are not allowed to move them there. The space is kept clear for guests renting private cabanas. A cabana cost around €40 during our stay.
I do, however, want to mention one positive experience regarding our late departure. Before check-out, we received a message saying that the room had to be vacated by 12:00, guests were permitted to remain at the hotel until 14:00, and an additional charge might apply after that. Since our transfer was only at 22:40, this initially concerned us.
In reality, there was no problem at all. We stayed at the hotel until our transfer, nobody asked us to pay anything extra, and all hotel facilities and services remained available to us, except for the room itself. This was definitely appreciated.
Regarding arrival, if you arrive early, I would not expect an early room check-in. Official check-in is at 14:00 and the hotel generally follows this schedule. However, you can use the hotel territory and facilities while waiting for your room.
One more important point specifically for Ukrainian guests. There were a very large number of tourists from Russia staying at the hotel. The hotel staff themselves mainly communicate in English, so this is not about the language of service. But personally, considering Russia's ongoing war against Ukraine, being surrounded by such a large number of Russian tourists was psychologically uncomfortable. Ukrainian travellers for whom this matters should take this into consideration when choosing the hotel.
Overall, Sueno Hotels Beach Side is not a bad hotel. It has a huge territory, lots of entertainment, plenty of food, regular housekeeping and excellent infrastructure for families with children. The kids' club deserves particular praise and was one of the highlights of our stay. The animators do a genuinely great job with children, regardless of language or nationality.
However, the hotel needs renovation, the food did not reach the level we expected from a good Turkish 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel, the choice of imported alcohol is limited, and the number of additional paid services creates a strange impression for an Ultra All Inclusive concept.
Would we come back? Probably not. Not because we had a bad holiday - we actually had a good time. But for the money, next time we would prefer to try a newer hotel with stronger cuisine and less of a feeling that so many small extras inside an Ultra All Inclusive resort require additional payment.
A wonderful hotel for a vacation! We stayed at the hotel as two families in the period 19.09.-26.09.2026. We experienced an incredible week in complete relaxation and comfort. The hotel has a wonderfully maintained and huge territory. Even the smallest detail has been thought of, for example, located along the entire length of the beach with refrigerated display cases with bottled drinking water. Espresso coffee and its derivatives, Turkish coffee, tea, are available in all separate corners of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. An extremely wide beach with awnings. You can find a place on the beach at any time. The restaurant is large and spacious enough with separate areas for better comfort, accommodating all hotel guests for a pleasant meal. The food is extremely varied and deliciously prepared. We were delighted with everything and especially with the tireless and always smiling staff at the hotel. I couldn't list them all, but I would like them to know that they were the ones who made our vacation so wonderful and unforgettable! Thank you!
Rude lobby barman Akif. He was unfriendly to two women clients in front of me: refused the drink to the first one and was impolite to the second lady who had asked "no ice please". In my opinion such unfriendly barmen should not work in the hotel, he left very bad impression on me.
