My family and I have recently been to stay at this hotel. On the whole, I would say that it was a pretty decent hotel and we enjoyed our stay. I guess our main issue was that on the day we arrived, we were informed that there was a ‘technical issue’ with our room, therefore, we were moved to the sister hotel for the night (about 500 metres away) which was not ideal and we had to stay in two separate rooms for the night. We were taken there by mini bus and picked up the following morning, however, this was far from convenient.
On arriving at the hotel and checking in the following day, we were able to speak with a manager who did compensate us for their ‘cock up’.

Pro’s 👍🏽

- rooms were quite modern, clean, tidy and close to the pool and eating areas etc.
- towels were provided to take to the pool or down to the beach - which you could be taken to by a free mini bus - and there was all inclusive food and drinks down there too - there was no fighting to get sun loungers.
- food and drink was relatively good and varied - however, limited selection for the kids - ie. hot dogs and chicken nuggets not available.
- there was a poolside snack bar for most of the day with burgers, chips and churros.
- there was a few slides at a separate pool which the kids loved - a few foam parties in the week and an inflatable - however that was a bit poorly organised.
- staff came round throughout the day offering iced coffee and fruit cocktails etc.
- the rooms were equipped with really good air con.
- rooms were tidied each day and fresh towels were provided.
- the hotel had a chilled and laid back feel to it most of the time.
- there was a little on sight shop that was really reasonably priced for snacks and ice creams.

Cons 👎🏽

- the entertainment in the evening was quite minimal / poor from about 19:30 - 20:30 and there was limited seating to watch this - most entertained themselves playing cards etc.
- all inclusive drinks were served up until 22:30 - a little early in my opinion.
- come 17:00 you were quite abruptly ushered away from the sun beds so they could set up for the evening meal - therefore felt a bit rushed and couldn’t enjoy the last of the sun. 
- there weren’t ice creams available most of the day - they were just serviced for half an hour at 15:00pm.

On the whole, it was a nice little hotel and good value for money. I would happily go back again and recommend to others 👌🏽

Pretty decent hotel on the whole!

i wished I chose a different hotel. The first night we were given a bottom corner room, the balcony was surrounded by a bush, I showed them my booking which was a pool view so they moved us, the new room is still on a corner but not much of a pool view tbh, but the room is lovely and big with aircon in both rooms and the beds are super comfy. As for the food, there's lots of it and fresh but deffo doesn't cater for any English, I think ive seen one English family here, breakfast is awful, u will be lucky to get a boiled egg, everything else is dry, a few beans or tinned tomatoes wouldnt go amiss, oh , and no English tea, all herbal so u will have to buy teabags. Lunch and dinner is better, more of a selection and nice and fresh. The staff are lovely and the hotel is clean and in a good location, would I come back, probably not to be honest

Doesn't cater for brits, mainly russian/german

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was okay and fairly spacious, I encountered a major issue that ruined the entire experience. The hotel seems to be running a scam where they intentionally overbook rooms. When you arrive, they claim there's a "technical issue" with your room and then send you to a cheap motel down the road for the night. It’s clearly a tactic to make easy money at the expense of guests' comfort and trust. It’s dishonest and extremely frustrating.

The food was another letdown—repetitive, dry, and far from enjoyable. The staff were mostly young and inexperienced, offering little help when issues arose. Honestly, the only redeeming factors were the size of the room (once we finally got it) and the proximity to a nice beach. Unfortunately, those positives don't make up for the underhanded practices and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you're prepared to deal with a scam and mediocre amenities.

I have been to this hotel a good few times...excellent place..nothing to much trouble food always good ..staff super helpful...can't fault this hotel...really nice place to stay 10 out of 10..the staff really work hard....to make you feel wanted

Great place to stay

Came here in April 2024 and then again in September, my partner had been here a couple of times before. Hotel is excellent, clean, the staff and management can’t do enough for you, all lovely and friendly, food and drink is great 10/10 wld definitely recommend here, and will definitely come back
