Side Premium

The Turkish staff is incredibly unassuming. They have no idea about cleanliness, only what Europeans force into them. The cooks and waiters don't wash their hands after cleaning. They think that rubber gloves should be worn for their own protection, like in a hospital. The bartender touches everything (trash can, broom) and then reaches for food/lemon. We have been to quite a few hotels in Turkey, specifically 5 hotels, 9 summers. But this is by far the worst of them all. Even 1 star would be too much. 5 centimeter cockroaches run around the hotel, the chefs don't know about salt, but the best thing is that the staff puts your towel on the floor if you put it on the bed before breakfast. This is our ninth summer in Turkey, we have so far stayed at the Kamelya Selin and Fulya, Raga Side, Seashell hotels and finally OZ Hotels Side Premium, but there were no such peasants anywhere. Fact: there are peasants who really don't go to the sunbed if they reserve it. But we don't do that. Or put a note on it so that next time you don't do that! But I beg you, don't put my own towel on the dirty ground. The beach bar opens 10 minutes late, but the beer keg is empty, they don't serve beer. They wipe the ashtray with the same cloth as they wipe the table next to the sunbed afterwards. The dart board is at least 10 years old, the arrow falls out of it, the wires stick out half a centimeter from the board. I have to admit one thing, they know one thing, that is event planning: they set up a pool party in 2 hours, then pack the place up. Until now, I've been telling everyone to go to Turkey for vacation, but now I'm going to tell you the opposite!

We left very satisfied for the third year of our visiting. The Animation team and bar team are amazing

The food and drink selection was excelent, also the parties were fun.
