everything is clean, food is really good , the pool is reaally good

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were really friendly, and the location was perfect. The private beach with the free to use sun loungers was amazing. The lazy river was a huge hit with our child, and the with the whole family. Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent hotel from my view, here are the pros and cons

Pros The food is, for the most part really good (especially the Watermelon). The slides are well constructed with no leaks and a great layout. The overall layout of the hotel is excellent, there is always a bar in sight. The grounds were beautiful, all the plants were very well maintained. There were also lots of fountains. Grounds and pool areas all very clean. The drinks were great, whether that was strawberry and kiwi slushies, or a lovely Gin and Tonic the selection was great. The entertainment was decent, the motorbike show and African acrobatics especially. The beach area was really nice as it was completely in the shade and also had a nice buffet. When there is a reported issue, the staff are quick to fix it.

Cons

The rooms could maybe use a bit of a refurbishment, they looked a bit run down. The mini golf is old and not great. The sports ground are rarely used, likely due to the heat and them being in direct sunlight, they could use a covering. Most of the entertainment was decent, but a couple of evenings were not great. During peak time, when with a family of 5, we struggled to get a seat most of the days.

Rizky was a very friendly and efficient member of the bar and restaurant team. The same could be said for Riza, he was great aswell. Abdullah was also great and efficient when having dinner. Aynur was also another very friendly waitress.
