Port river Hotel
We liked it so much we came back 3 weeks later. Mario Omer,, hysian and team were brilliant! Love the aqua aerobics, darts and shows. They even got me up on stage to celebrate me beating cancer. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, they try to send everyone to another hotel in the group (the cheaper option). They claim you’ll get a bigger room the next day and get free massage. But when you go to ask for your bigger room the next day, they say they know nothing about it and it’s not possible. And the massage is 5 minutes and then They send you Away.

Every day, my son's blanket goes missing. Even when we put it away in the closet, the cleaning staff gets into our closet and takes it away. They're not supposed to go into the closet with our personal belongings. I really think it's totally out of line for them to be going through our closet. They have no business being there.

The shuttle bus to the beach often doesn't run. Even at the scheduled times, the bus doesn't show up.
