She is an incredibly pleasant, polite, and courteous person who is always ready to help with any matter. Thanks to her attentiveness, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism, our stay was even more comfortable and enjoyable. Veronika is a true asset to the reception team and an example of first-class service! We wish her all the best and hope to return again.

I read a lot of bad reviews before I went. This is my honest opinion. The hotel itself is fine. A little tired and dated but not horrible. The food is same as most all inclusives with repetitive meals. However always hot and plentiful and never went hungry. The rooms are nice but signs of needing an update here and there. The cleaning was good. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and fridge stocked up. There are cleaners everywhere doing floors etc. the entertainment is on every night with kids mini disco for half hour then hour long shows. Some were good. Some were poor. Daytime entertainment is pretty non existent. The pools are lovely although very cold indeed. The children had a great time in the kids pool with the slides. It is in the middle of nowhere so taxis are a must. No kettles in the room. We were forewarned so took our own travel kettle and cups. The entertainment guy appears to favour the Russian guests and I would say about 90% are Russian. All in all we had a nice stay but it’s certainly not five stars in my opinion. Probably 4 but not as bad as people are saying on here x
