Lovely hotel and we came here last year. I had a few massages as I have issues with my neck and shoulder, Putu who did my massages was absolutely brilliant, she sorted out my pain and I felt so much better after my sessions with her, she was excellent.
Akmed on the beach looked after us so well, always a big smile on his face and he is always happy and singing. He spends his whole day running up and down the beach serving guests, such a hard worker.
Ahmet in the dining room who works breakfast and lunch is always smiling and helpful and always had our drinks ready, another hard worker.
The legend Joe Banana who always makes us feel welcome and like family. Another hard worker and talks to everyone, he has a great sense of humour.
The only thing we were disappointed in was the food, last year was much better but this year food was a bit sloppy and repetitive. Too many stews and left overs cooked up from the day before.
Beach and pool area and grounds of hotel are lovely.
We honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Paloma Perissia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible and made our holiday so special.
The staff were so friendly and genuinely went above and beyond. They quickly got to know our names and even remembered our usual drinks orders! They would often come over, have a little chat and even have a drink with us before we’d had a chance to order. It really created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and made us feel like regulars rather than guests.
What really stood out to us was how amazing everyone was with our daughter. The staff were so interactive with her, playing with her and making her laugh every evening. She absolutely loved the mini disco every night and looked forward to seeing everyone. Lasaad was particularly wonderful with her and even bought her a little present, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll always remember.
The food was brilliant, with such a huge variety that there really was something for everyone. We never struggled to find something we enjoyed, and the choice throughout the holiday was fantastic.
The evening entertainment was another highlight. There was so much variety and everything we saw was really enjoyable. There was always something going on, which made the evenings really fun for the whole family.
The facilities were great too. There are three pools, water slides and a kids’ club running every day from 10am, so there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The service around the pool was also fantastic — staff were constantly walking around taking drink orders and bringing drinks directly to our sunbeds, which was such a lovely touch.
Overall, this was one of those holidays where we genuinely didn’t want to leave. The combination of fantastic food, brilliant entertainment, great facilities and, most importantly, such genuinely friendly and caring staff made our stay unforgettable.
We would return in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend Paloma Perissia to anyone, especially families. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable — you really made it! ❤️

We are back for 2 weeks which is our 10th twice a year visit. Fabulous value and location. In particular one of the reasons for our frequent visits is the meeting, greeting and service we receive from Sultan and Ibrahim in the Dining Room. Nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Many thanks and congratulations on their excellent and genuine interest and customer service. It is lovely to see that they are training new recruits who have the best and kindest teachers.
Just got back from a week staying at the polama perissia and I’ve got mixed feelings about it. In all it’s a fantastic hotel very clean and massive pools,rooms are spacious and clean it’s got nice touches around with likes of the mini bar in the room to fridges dotted around the complex with bottled water. A massive shout out to Murat around the pool he never stops and always comes and ask if you want a drink so you never have to leave your lounger he is a massive asset to the hotel and deserves a special mention, the beach is ok rocky in the sea but otherwise it’s ok. The bad points you don’t know what’s on entertainment wise without going on the app which like me I don’t use my phone while away and the other is the food it’s more towards Eastern European and what food there was it was more of the same and lacking choice in my opinion but in all it’s a great hotel but would I visit again Is a hard one as with all inclusive you’d expect better food with more choices and different themes daily in my honest opinion
