It is a wonderfull complex with such a wonderfull garden and Pool area. Good food and drinks and good service. The rooms could need some renovation but are well kept and everything you need is in it. So overall it is a great hotel with helpfull and so nice staff who makes it possible to relax and enjoy your holiday.
We have been in many hotels so far, but this one was the best one in terms of staff service, and variety of foods. Dursun working in guest relations has been very helpful to maintain our satisfaction. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything
The first thing to say about this hotel, is that my partner and I were both absolutely amazed at the level of cleanliness. Sun beds cleaned down every morning, similarly the floor areas around the pools. Stations and bins (including for recycling) well placed for empty plates & glasses etc, which are then cleared away / emptied regularly. Throughout the week I noticed cleaners regularly taking care of spillages around the bar & restaurant areas, even down to small drips from drinks. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean.
The service from bar & restaurant staff is really good throughout the resort, and much better than other hotels we have stayed in. All staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, but a special mention has to go to the chap doing the rounds on the pool bar - sadly I didn’t catch his name, but he was exceptionally good and kept the drinks flowing for us all day. All staff (cleaners, bar tenders, waiting staff, entertainment team) give the impression that they enjoy working at this hotel, which helps to create a really enjoyable environment for guests.
The food options are excellent - plenty of variety in the main buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bistro bar serves good options for a late breakfast, which we utilised quite a bit during our stay.
The beach bar has a lunch menu from which you can order and have food brought to the table. There’s a range of options - pizzas, pasta, really nice salads, burgers, wraps etc. Also for lunch or an afternoon snack, it’s definitely worth trying out the lady in the little flat bread hut close to the main entertainment stage - this doesn’t appear to be on the resort map, so make sure you don’t miss it - filled flatbreads made to order with savoury and sweet filling options.
The beach bar doubles as a Mediterranean restaurant which you can visit once as part of the inclusive package, and likewise the Asian / Chinese restaurant which we really enjoyed. Although, we’d have to say the best food came at the steakhouse, Curio. You have to pay a supplement for the steaks, but it’s absolutely worth it and is tremendous value - I’ve paid more in UK steakhouses which are nowhere near as good.
All in all, our family of four (two adults and children at 7 and 15) unanimously agreed this was the best resort hotel at which we’ve stayed to date, and has made our first experience of Turkey one to remember. We will almost certainly return to Turkey, and if it’s not back to this hotel, then it will almost certainly be at another Paloma hotel.
We have recently returned from a 8 night holiday at the Paloma Perrisia. We travelled as a family of 3 with our 15 year old daughter. The hotel is clean and has lovely views particularly at sunset which was very good. The grounds are lovely and are kept very well. We stayed in a larger standard room which was a decent size and was clean. We found the food good throughout with always plenty of choice. We preferred to have lunch at the Quentin restaurant on the beach front, and again had a good choice to pick from.We used one of the à la carts Wabi Sabi which was very good. The beach was good but was bit rocky when getting in, but only for a few yards. All the staff worked really hard from the waiters down to people cleaning the sun beds on the beach. We mainly stayed on the beach but had a couple of days round the pool. Even in August I found getting a sun bed not a problem at around 7:00 and even later as the week went on. There wasn’t much going on round the pool which some people might find to quiet. We went to the aqua park which was good, you can go in the morning or afternoon. Probably the best thing about the hotel was the evening entertainment which we found really good with some brilliant shows. Overall we had a good holiday which we found good value for money and would return.
The entertainment team were amazing. During the day they were really inclusive and made sure everyone was involved in all activities. The night time entertainment was spectacular each night. This is mine and my partners second time here, and we would definitely come back again!!!
