We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely happy with the overall service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is very well organized, and you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The location is also perfect and very convenient.
The absolute highlight of our vacation was the Kids Club. The staff there are simply amazing—so kind, caring, sweet, and incredibly child-friendly. We truly grew very fond of them! They put so much love and effort into everything they do. Every day they organized creative arts and crafts, fun games, and exciting activities for the children. The entertainment program was outstanding, and our kids looked forward to going there every single day. They made our holiday extra special, and we can’t thank them enough.
The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were not luxurious, but they were clean and perfectly adequate for a family stay.
The only area that could be improved is the food. Unfortunately, we found the selection quite limited, and many dishes tasted very similar, so after a few days it became repetitive.
Overall, we had an amazing holiday. The excellent service, thoughtful facilities, perfect location, and especially the incredible Kids Club made this a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic gym
This is the 10 times of my staying here and everything is just great like we are big family and all staff is caring about us. Now I would like to tell some words about gym cos my son had practice there with very nice instructor Semi, who did teach my son some exercises and was interested him to like sport and gym activities. He is good teacher and motivator to involve kids to sport. If someone needs help he will support u and ur kids in shape and fitting.

Overall, our stay was disappointing.
he hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the rooms and communal areas were kept tidy throughout our stay. Unfortunately, several other aspects of the holiday fell well below our expectations.
The food was average at best (around 6/10). There was a lot of repetition from day to day, and there were very few options suitable for children, which made mealtimes difficult for our family.
On two separate occasions, one of the swimming pools had to be closed because someone had fouled the water. While I appreciate this wasn't the hotel's fault, it was still a major inconvenience and reduced the facilities available during our stay.
The biggest issue, however, was the on-site shop. The prices were extremely expensive compared to elsewhere, and on one occasion the shopkeeper even attempted to charge my daughter 1,130 Turkish Lira (around 21 euros!!) for a packet of crisps. Even more upsetting was that our daughter was wrongly accused of stealing blue swimming goggles. CCTV footage clearly showed that she had done nothing wrong, yet the situation was handled very poorly. Neither my wife nor my daughter felt supported by the hotel staff and the experience left my daughter so distressed that she refused to go anywhere near the shop for the remainder of our holiday.
Based on our experience, I would only recommend using the on-site shop as an absolute last resort, and I would advise guests to carefully check prices before purchasing anything.
We enjoyed Turkey and will definitely return in the future, but unfortunately we would not choose to stay at this hotel again. The way our concerns were handled, particularly regarding the false accusation against our daughter, left a lasting negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable family holiday.
Excellent family resort and kids world
This resort is fantastic for families. My boys (6 and 8 years) loved the Kids World and the Entertainment Team there. The team (Yana, Maria, Ceren, Mohina, Olivia, Liza, Vika, Milena) greeted us every day. They were so lovely and enthusiastic with the kids. Plenty of activities/tournaments to keep the kids occupied. In particular, they really loved the science workshop! The buffet food was excellent. The pool and slides were a hit. Boys always looked forward to their lesson with the swimming coach Bahar.
