New Garden Hotel Side

New gardens luna side is definitely a place I would recommend and come again too. The staff and hotel are amazing we are so happy with our stay. We met some great people and friends whilst out here everyone in the hotel made us feel welcome and any problems were dealt with straight away. Just want to say a massive thank you to staff: Mo, Melissa and Omar for the brilliant hospitality they all did so much for us and anything we asked for they provided. Thank you again for our stay! :)

The only credit I give to this hotel is the bar staff Melissa, Omar and mo if it wasn’t for these 3 the hotel wouldn’t have anything going for them. We was made to feel like we was in the wrong for talking to other holiday makers and recommending food spots and shopping and we was told we was not welcome at this hotel again. Then being questioned where we was going this hotel was self catering if people want to make friends and go out for meals and shopping this shouldn’t be an issue. Money was spent here on drinks and food yet the manager seems to think that you shouldn’t be going else where. all I can say is the bar staff are the credit to this place nothing else. Also to add there was no indication that room keys had to be handed back at 12 on the day u leave we had a late night transfer we was relaxing at the pool having lunch food etc and was told they wanted our key back this should be told upon arrival so that people know. Lack of entertainment also. Quite disappointing as was planning to come back in October (before being banned) with a lot of people from the previous holiday and this holiday who have all said they don’t want to return here even other holiday makers who had over heard the conversation with the manager was shocked. This would have been a completely different review if the manger had not have been the way he had as the actual owner of the hotel is lovely aswell such a shame.
