I took my two daughters (3 yrs & 3 months) with family. The staff was amazing with my eldest!! Cannot fault them at all. Food was lovely and pretty cheap compared to out around the area. 10 mins walking distance to shops. Rooms were cleaned every day. But again amazing staff. My daughter was obsessed with Mo and Melissa and Omar . Three of the nicest people we have ever met. We will definitely be going again!!
Just returned from 2 weeks at the new garden luna. Brilliant place. Very clean and rooms cleaned every day. Staff really friendly and helpful . Clean pool , good food and bar . Excellent value . Will definitely return.
We booked this week as a bargain, and were aware that it was classed as 2star+ but it was way better than that! The staff are superb, the hotel is spotless, drinks are the cheapest around and the relaxed vibe was just what the doctor ordered! Despite what you may read, maid service was daily, the distance from Side Old Town was a 5 minute (€10) taxi ride, so not as bad as it could be (or some people make out). All in all we’ve had a brilliant holiday.
Yes the hotel is off the beaten track a little but its only 10 mins max to bars/life. The rooms were clean and the cleaners did a good job. For a base it suited us perfectly. The bar/food was good, little pricey but the staff were friendly. The resident cats were very cute and looked after which I liked a lot Why I marked it down...
Just back from two weeks at New Garden Luna this was our first time in Turkey, The hotel was a good choice for us, booked a studio but was allocated an apartment the facilities were very good well equipped, and cleaned every day with bedding and towels every three days, a good bar and restaurant on site with very competitive prices also a small store for basic’s water milk ect, large pool with lots sun bed unfortunately very little shade only a canopy no umbrellas, all the staff where extremely friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel, the hotel is a little out of the way but we soon found our way about, we would return here if we came to Turkey again.
