The hotel is located in a beautiful area in Titreyengol/Sorgun. It is set right on the beach on the famous Turkish Riviera. Lake Titreyengol is near the hotel and completes the stunning view. The centre of Side is less than 7 km away. Antalya Airport lies around 75 km away. Built in 2006 and renovated in 2007, the hotel offers 493 rooms and is prepared to cater to guests of all ages, business and leisure travellers as well as guests with reduced mobility. In the very comfortable rooms with carpeting and new furniture, guests are offered a revitalising atmosphere. Rooms feature sea and garden views with a private balcony or terrace. There is a variety of pools guests can choose from for sunbathing in their leisure time. Alternatively they can join one of the many sports activities or enjoy the SPA treatments available.
Relax on the private beach or enjoy other recreational amenities such as a complimentary water park and an indoor pool. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
One of the best holidays that i had since i started coming without family😂A great adventure,everything was in order and great.The workers here did a wonderful job,especially Aiman was there for everything.
Had a lovely stay at Lago Hotel! The hotel is really lovely and the quality throughout is amazing. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help, which really made the stay even better.
The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the pool is absolutely huge. The adults-only pool was also a really nice touch if you wanted somewhere a bit more peaceful.
There’s plenty to do around the hotel, including the slides which were great fun and a nice change. The evening entertainment was also amazing — it’s not just your standard hotel entertainment, they put on proper full-on shows which were really impressive and something we looked forward to every evening.
We also loved having different restaurants to choose from and being able to book them during our stay. The rooms were a really good size and everything was generally very clean.
Overall, we had such a lovely time and would definitely recommend Lago Hotel for a great holiday!

The team was energetic, friendly, and always doing their best to make everyone feel welcome and involved. There were plenty of fun activities and great entertainment throughout our stay.
A special mention definitely goes to Momo! He was absolutely brilliant — incredibly friendly, funny, energetic, and always bringing a great atmosphere. He really knows how to make people smile and enjoy themselves. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and puts a lot of effort into making guests have a great time.

This is an honest review for the Hotel as a British couple in their 20s. We stayed at Lago for 10 nights. The review is in depth of what we wished we had read on other reviews before we decided to book….
The rooms/hotel-
the rooms are modern to a certain extent (marble dressing table & panneling on walls) however there could be some improvements the finishing of the rooms isn’t amazing walls with plaster bumps, bathroom with flickering lights etc. The TV only has your basic channels .You can’t use apps such as YouTube or Netflix as the tv isn’t a smart version.You can also hear everything in your rooms, down to your next door neighbours snoring in the night, the walls are not soundproof at all. Anytime a door slams you feel it. The entertainment is also very loud so you do hear this in the rooms. We also heard parties in the hotel next to us in the room.
The curtains are definitely not black out, they may be designed to be but they’re not. The rooms are bright in the morning and in the day so not ideal if maybe you have kids and you may be looking to continue with nap routine. The mattress on the beds are rock solid & very uncomfortable which is a shame as you’d expect them to be better for the rating of the hotel. You don’t get covers it’s just a sheet & 1 pillow each ( I think you could request more from reception). We ended up getting a mattress topper from guest relations as the bed has given us such a bad back ache. It improved it but was still uncomfortable.
The bathroom- there is a over the head shower head but is not powerful at all so washing hair become 2x longer than usual & the small shower head points directly at the entrance of the shower so the floor ends up soaked everytime you use the shower you can’t move the head of the shower as the wall mount doesn’t move around, so we found our bathroom soaking wet most days. The shower block everytime we had one, we had reported this to reception & maintence had basically blamed us to say our hair was blocking it however we hadn’t even washed our hair yet so this must have been from previous guest. I don’t believe the bathrooms was cleaned well there was still toothpaste on the sink.
The aircon seems to work on its own terms… sometimes it’s freezing in the room sometimes it’s hot, we had maintence come to our room as no matter what temperature our room was at it would blow out freezing cold air at one point we sent it to 28 degrees and was still cold. The maintenance explained the whole hotel is same temperature and it won’t change unless he does it on a panel downstairs. Which he did end up going as I become really poorly from how cold it was.
Plus side - the mini bar! It has branded soft frinks drinks, juice & water added daily. The hotel provides you with a robe, slippers & a complimentary beach bag ( we had to request the bag as it wasn’t in our room upon arrival)
The rooms do not come with an iron and you can’t request one either so ideally you need a travel iron or you can use the hotel ironing service.
The hotel in general is beautiful, very modern and clean grounds. The pools was clean and the water was always cleaned on the walk ways. The downside was the fact only one section of the pool area is heated so it become really busy. Fresh towels are given to you everyday and plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The Maldives pool is very relaxing and adults only if your looking for some peaceful sunbathing. The pool did seem rather cold so I don’t think this is heated.
The beach is private to the hotel it has a stunning pier which you can also sunbathe by. Plenty of sun loungers. The waterpark is also good it has fun slides and a kids section too.
The location of the hotel isn’t bad but it’s not ideal for someone who would like to go out and walk to the nearest town or to explore. You have to get a taxi to everywhere, the hotel uses the yellow taxi and they can order this for you however id advise agreeing a price before you leave the hotel grounds as we had one incident where we agreed on €18 and the driver wanted €20 and got angry. There is no supermarkets around the outside of the hotel there is only the hotel one which has extortionate prices for snacks. There is no ATM in the hotel or around so ensure you bring your cash. They do everything in EUROS.
One thing that stood out to us was the cat sanctuary which is behind the water park. They have kittens there and have a little home. They are fed and cleaned by the hotel. You can go there and sit with the cats and play with them.
The service/entertaiment-
The hotel runs in a QR code service. Sometimes you do get what you order for drinks by the pool sometimes you don’t it always took a while so we ended up going to the bar ourselves. But there is always staff who will take your order. The bar staff ensure you get what you ask for.
The staff don’t speak the best English but it can be easy to communicate for whatever you need. They will use Google translate if you don’t understand what they are saying.
The cleaners come daily you can click the buttons on your panel in the room if you would like room service or not. I wouldn’t say the rooms are cleaned properly, we had sand on the floor from previous day still there. We seen and heard from people that other rooms get better treatment in regards to chocolates being left in the fridges as well as nice bed displays, although we tipped the cleaner we had none of this…
Soner from guest relations was super helpful- we had an incident at the entertainment with another guest who was extremely rude to us. He ensured we felt comfortable and offered us a cabana located at the top of the entertainment for the evening. He also was helpful with information on where to go and what to do outside the hotel.
The entertainment team was really good everyday there was a variety of activities to do in the pool and outside the pool. Mr Socks and his team members always ensured we joined in and invited us to different games. Evening entertainment was good there is something different every night.
The spa- we visited the spa once during our stay I wouldn’t personally pay the prices for the treatments offered but there was plenty of guests who did.
The arcade- there is a games arcade in the hotel. You buy credit and then spend it on thr machines. We done this a few times
The food-
The main restaurant is full of different food that will suit everyone. Each evening there is a different theme so the food does change around. There is gluten free stations, salad bars, pasta etc.
Tiny Bites/Snackpot- this is a plus for the hotel it is open everyday from 11-4pm and you can get snack food. They do different types of fresh pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, waffles, kebabs.
Anatolia - we chose this for our ale cart restaurant. The food was really good again it’s a set menu type so you pick your main and dessert.
Coffee- there is a coffee station in the downstairs lobby, they serve iced and warm drinks. They also do milk alternatives to suit everyone and different flavoured syrups.
The bars are located in different sections of the resort you can always go up and get different drinks. They do use branded alcohol rather than local. There is also ice cream fridges with different branded ice cream & plenty of cold water in fridges around the resort.
Overall I wouldn’t specifically agree it’s a 5* hotel I think it could get there with few changes especially to the rooms, the finishing touches need improvements. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better too & the things mentioned above. We wouldnt personally return to Lago but we would recommend it to others.
