We had a holiday at this hotel with my friend. Everything was great. We had a wonderful holiday. We didn't get bored. We saw Türkiye's natural beauties and participated in many activities. The hotel is well-located. Good food, good music, great animation. I liked the show programs. We would like to thank Romeo and Aydın who work in the animation department. They were also very good guides. If you want to see them at this hotel, you should definitely see them if you go to this hotel.
Room for improvement
We visited this hotel early October and can fairly say it wasn’t the best. We have paid for an upgrade to Jacuzzi room which was worth the money everything about the room and cleaning was great :) we got vouchers for free Starbucks drinks which was nice. All the reception staff, housekeeping and bar staff was helpful. Then it started going down from there.
Entertainment- Throughout 10 days we have been there we have seen entertainment person once. Not a whole team just one person it was awful, there was one game of darts and thats all.
Restaurant/food- Every night we had to wait until the last minute to go have dinner as restaurant couldn’t accommodate all the guests, one night there was no tables available inside, outside or even at the restaurant next door so we skipped dinner and ate out. (Bare in mind we visited mid October so it wasn’t a busy period)
Not enough sun beds- Throughout the whole stay we had to pay hotel next door for sun-beds on the beach because no matter if you come at 10am or 2pm there was no space on Narcia side whatsoever.
Pool- Once again not enough sun beds around pool and aqua park extremely cold water in the pool it was warmer to go to the beach.
Extras- Ridiculous prices for pool table. You are expected to pay €6 for 30mins of pool game cash only. Table tennis is “free” but throughout the day you cant use it as the balls are nowhere to be found and reception doesn’t store spares so you need to wait till evening time for the game room to open in order for you to grab some.
Location- Great location, close to shops, beach and bus in front of the hotel takes you to Old Town Side.
We paid extra for late check out, had to move to a different room for few hours which was fine staff was accommodating it was helpful for us as our flight wasn’t till 9pm.
Overall, it wasn’t our first time in Side and we can fairly say there are better hotels around so if you have a choice go elsewhere and you will be happier :))
Hotel wasn’t awful but there are things that could make the experience so much better.

Amazing
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious meals every day.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the sea, and there are convenient shuttle buses available. There are also plenty of attractions and activities offered, so there is always something fun to do.
This is a perfect hotel for families with children as well as for adults looking for a relaxing holiday. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We can’t wait to come back!

FIKRET THE SCAMMER
We had a 6 night stay at Narcia resort. The highlight of our stay was the use of the pools and aqua park. Although this is not what I would call an aqua park - more so a great pool with slides in the hotel. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed every pool and we used the pool each day. The ice creams were great and the staff were friendly. Our room was cleaned to a good standard each day and we did feel the hotel grounds were maintained well. I would not necessarily call this resort 5* or ultra all inclusive as many things you have to pay for or left out - e.g they do not refill your mini fridge with soft drinks each day and you need to pay for the games room. We would also say the food was ok however very little choice in comparison to other 5* we have stayed at - also be prepared to que for your food at all times!
By 10am there are No sunbeds at all. Many people place their towels on them and leave for hours without returning. There is no policy or management present to prevent this. They should follow in the footsteps of other 5* resorts and have a policy to prevent this. We often shared 1 sunbed for a family of 3 that is how little were available.
Ozughan the guest relations person was great with lots of helpful insights. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it was nice they remembered our toddlers name and would say Hi to her.
On our first day we were awaken by a holiday rep by calling our hotel room. He described himself as "angel". His name is FIKRET. Avoid this lying scum of a man at all cost. The sheer fact that the hotel allow this man to operate on their grounds is appallingly. This man is a greedy lying scammer and will say what he needs to sell you an excursion then book you onto something completely different. He is pushy and will send you images and videos before you have even met him on your whatsapp. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The hotel staff were empathetic and listened and supported us to make the right phone calls however we did not get our money back for an experience we did not go on or want! He never returned during our whole trip knowing he is a liar and scammed us of this money. Narcia do better and do not let this happen.
We probably will not go back as it was not the 5* we expected however we still enjoyed ourselves.
