Amazing food, fun shows, friendly entertainment, steongly reccomend ❤️
Fantastic hotel, good food for everyone, went with 5 people and always managed to get sun loungers. Lots of markets and even a shopping centre near by. Lots of day time activities including darts, jenga and yoga, entertainment staff were great, always chatty and fun especially Tarik and mustafah. Rooms were clean beds were comfy and the balcony was pretty soundproof. Night time entertainment was good and different every night with good atmosphere. No complaints and would definitely recommend!
Fab hotel, modern rooms and lovely food. The animation team were great! So funny the whole family enjoyed playing darts everyday.
Excellent hotel. All inclusive excellent and will return. Animation Team work very hard during all hours of the day. Bar staff excellent too.
This is not a bad hotel but it does have a strange ‘vibe’. Lights get put off in bars pre midnight. Weird. Hotel grounds are beautiful. We arrived very late at night. The staff checking us in kept demanding to see our hotel voucher. We booked via Jet2. Never ever been asked for that before. We didn’t have phone access as didn’t have data roaming on and the guy behind reception kept grabbing my phone out my hand till I told him to stop it. Not a good first impression at all. We had a family room which was essentially 2 rooms with adjoining doors. Rooms are fine but the bathrooms are really small. We had to also store our suitcases on the balcony due to the size of the rooms . Food was fine no complaints. As usual the desserts always look great but taste of nothing ☺️ Lots of sunbed hogging going on but again that’s pretty standard. We were on the 5th floor and had ants in our room. I mentioned it to guest services twice. One thing that really annoyed me - they charge 5 euros to use the pool table. I think this is pretty greedy given this was not a cheap holiday. We paid £7500 for 10 nights for 2 adjusts and 2 kids. There is a table tennis area that is not lit up so no option to play in the evening when it’s a little cooler. I’d not recommend this hotel to friends or family but not would I advice people to avoid it. I’d not however return.
