Occupying 9,500sqm of land, including an avocado plantation, this relaxing apartment hotel consists of apartments and studios with 20 hotel rooms located in the annex building. The sandy beach is 900m away and a free shuttle service is available. The ancient city of Side is 3km with a good variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping opportunities. Links to the public transport network can be found within a couple of minutes' walk from the property. The hotel features two outdoor swimming pools and two children's pools, which are surrounded by palm, banana and other tropical trees. Sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar, as well as a massage treatment area and Turkish bath are other amenities guests can benefit from.
Spend the day on the private beach or dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just returned from a wonderful 12-night stay at Lemas Suite Apartments.
Although these are budget apartments, they provide a five-star experience. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet it’s within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.
There are two lovely pool areas. The main pool has a children’s splash pool, while the adults-only pool across the road is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
The apartments are basic but spotlessly clean, thanks to the lovely housekeeping staff who do a fantastic job.
The bar staff are friendly, welcoming and always go out of their way to provide excellent service.
There’s also a well-stocked on-site shop run by a lovely couple. It has everything you might need, the prices are very reasonable, and they’re happy to arrange trips and taxis—often at cheaper prices than you’ll find elsewhere in the resort.
Filth. The entire hotel is filthy — the stairwell, the pool area, the sun loungers, the beds, the bathroom. The whole room is full of dirt; it seems like they don’t clean or sweep at all here. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. The hotel staff told me that all the rooms have the same problem with the AC. When it’s 40°C outside, it’s easily 30–35°C inside the room! So, THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK!! BE VERY CAREFUL! The pool is 1.50 m deep, so please be careful if you cannot swim. The third time I went to the manager to tell him that the AC wasn’t working, he tried to tell me that the hotel is old and gave me all sorts of excuses… Nonsense! He has a very unpleasant attitude and character! The beach!! They provide transportation to the beach, which is nice, and I think it might be one of the most beautiful beaches! But it’s also extremely expensive. The cheapest meal there for two people cost around 350–400 RON (€70–80). ENORMOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!! The beach is called Coppa. (One funny thing about the transportation: they pick you up last and drop you off first 🤣)
I've been there with my family from the U.K. Everything has been smooth expect for the last 2 days. One of the staff members tried to enter the room by the absence of me, and he has seen my friend naked laying on coach. At the end of our holiday, the bar staff seemingly made a mistake by adding other customers' bill to our bill, that was a shame. My friend could not stop crying, and they did not even apologise. Instead, they told us they had made a mistake. Also, he gave us a bill in detail and called my friends stupid in Turkish tho I understand it as a Turkish. We will never be back to this hotel. First 4 days were lovely, but you need to reconsider customer satisfaction.
We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about it. The hotel staff, starting from the manager who is extremely arrogant and snobbish, to the girls and the guy at reception who—no offense—are completely clueless and act as if they don't even work there... (e.g., they have 2 adult pools, and for one of them the rule is 16+, which means children under 16 are not allowed, right? 2 or 3 days in a row we went to that pool and families with kids under 16 kept coming, and they just left them alone. Even after people went to "complain" at reception about the kids, the staff came to ask them to leave the area, but of course the guests didn't even care—on the contrary, they came back the following days). The rooms are appalling... we arrived on the first day, the room smelled stuffy, not to mention that within the first 30 minutes we were already arguing with the hotel staff because the air conditioning wasn't working!!! Which we felt was an essential thing for a hotel, especially given how hot it was outside, honestly! Throughout our entire stay, the housekeeping staff came into our room only twice to "clean"—I say "clean" because they barely arranged the bedsheets and a towel that was acting as a "duvet"/bedspread. Not to mention sweeping or mopping the floor, cleaning anything, airing out the room, or anything like that. The restaurant staff and the gentlemen at the shop next door were very hospitable—lucky to have them, honestly, which is the only reason I'm giving 1 star. Otherwise, from my point of view, it would barely deserve even that. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this hotel and I do not recommend it at all. I feel sorry for certain people working there.
LOCATION : is quiet , a taxi ride to the Old Town -Side . ROOMS: are very basic , I was very disappointed when we first arrived ( in the middle of the night) Room 323 needed maintenance ! ( please see photos) . Thin walls next to the living area where pull out beds are - our girls could hear baby crying next door. WIFI: cuts out fairly regularly in rooms . MAID SERVICE : fresh towels daily if needed . AIRCON: one unit in bedroom - left door open , to get aircon in living area. BATHROOM: no extractor fan , so steam goes into rest of living area. Excellent powerful shower. Large mirror. FOOD: At the hotel was delicious - I loved the chicken casserole. POOLS: are beautiful , quiet and relaxed . One adult pool across the road no music 16yrs + gorgeous palm trees surround. Other main pool has background music ( you can ask them for recommendations - I asked for relaxed chill out music) possibly helps stop over hearing others conversations?!? Shallow pool for babies / young children . Pools are cleaned every evening . SHOP : Adam and his wife Mona, are so lovely and helpful . Any questions they can help . Perfect shop with everything you may need. BEACH : they provide transport ( 10/15 mins trip) to and from the beach at 10am &11am ( return 4.20&5.30pm) Beautiful soft sand, clear water , no seaweed, stones or shells. ‘CoppaBeach area’ has sun beds and natural straw umberellas are provided , but you buy food/ drinks as payment of use. ( see menus) . Beautiful bougee dining areas. Showers , toilets and changing areas all on the beach . Grass area with beds if you don’t like sand . There is another beach 1km walk from Lena’s Suite. We didn’t visit. SIDE OLD TOWN: short taxi ride in , amazing historical town built on top of , in and around the old ruins ( around 2,000 years old) Some very classy restaurants - Carpe Diem, Fika People and Thyme these were gorgeous. 🌟 Other cheaper places to eat , gets drinks , ice creams if you prefer . Shops galore - for all your genuine fakes !!😂 TRIPS / DAYS OUT : might be best to book with your tour operator . We booked locally and although they were a lot cheaper , they weren’t always as advertised . We had blaring music on the coach to the trip AND on the scenic boat trip which was a real shame. Food on the trips was good. Overall, I loved the holiday , gorgeous weather, gorgeous pool areas, they old historic town, food we ate everywhere was lovely .
