Occupying 9,500sqm of land, including an avocado plantation, this relaxing apartment hotel consists of apartments and studios with 20 hotel rooms located in the annex building. The sandy beach is 900m away and a free shuttle service is available. The ancient city of Side is 3km with a good variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping opportunities. Links to the public transport network can be found within a couple of minutes' walk from the property. The hotel features two outdoor swimming pools and two children's pools, which are surrounded by palm, banana and other tropical trees. Sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar, as well as a massage treatment area and Turkish bath are other amenities guests can benefit from.
Spend the day on the private beach or dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is the second time this year we stayed at this hotel we enjoyed it very much its in a good location the rooms are clean comfortable. Everyone who works at the hotel are pleasant nothing is to much if they can do it they will the food is plentiful and very good. The pools are very clean and a good atmosphere all round. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and the pleasant hotel staff.
Just returned from another amazing week-long stay at Lemas Suites, and this was our 6th visit — we love this hotel that much!
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they genuinely cannot do enough for you. A special shout-out to Adem and Mona in the Lemas shop, who truly make the hotel feel like home. The rooms are basic but absolutely spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained, and the resident cats and stray chickens are an added bonus! We honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Some of the negative reviews clearly come from people expecting far more than what they have paid for. For the price, Lemas Suites offers fantastic value, a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff.

This holiday was a last minute choice for us as there were building works where we had booked in lanzarote. However, we were not disappointed. Firstly, we found all the staff friendly and helpful and not once did we experience any rudeness. The location was peaceful, lovely main pool with a great atmosphere, music and drinks served to your sunbed if you wanted. We were always able to get sunbeds at various times in the day. The entertainment nights were also enjoyable with plenty of food and something different to do. Our boys loved the slightly bent pool table which kept them occupied every day. We must highlight how helpful and friendly Adem and his wife were in the shop. They really made our holiday special by putting us in touch with Sam to arrange trips and helping with any questions we had. They are an asset to the hotel. The accommodation is basic but adequate for what we needed. It is not well set up for self catering with limited equipment but we managed. We couldn't expect more for what we paid. The room was cleaned whenever we put the hanger on the door. The walk to local restaurants was 10 mins and there were several to choose from with quite a variation in price. Everything is in euros which we were surprised by. The market at Manavgat was great for some bargains and a taxi ride away. We would definitely come back to this place if we had the chance.
For our first time in Turkey this hotel was a pretty good choice, first impressions I like the style of the hotel from the outside, the room (1 bed apt) was big enough for our family of 3 but yes they are abit dated and need a lick of paint. Breakfast included was more continental ,hoped for maybe just one day could have been an English breakfast but I tried it all anyway and was ok just could have had abit more choice.We loved the size of the pools they were the perfect size for the hotel,loved the quieter one across the road shame the banana bar which was still advertised online as running wasnt , some sunbeds do need replacing as were falling apart ,a few people did put towels on sunbeds 7.30 ish way before they were sunbathing so thats abit annoying. Cleaning ladies did their best cleared away rubbish everyday tidied around . We had a good positioned room ( 2nd floor) as didn't have sun directly on us through the day,air-conditioning pretty good although was worried when read reviews only in bedroom. Didnt hear much noise which was good.Shower tray leaked quite alot so that was abit of a pain. As for the walk to the beach and obviously with 40 degree heat its going to feel alot further but 15-20mins. Now onto staff sorry I can't remember names only Mohammed on front desk when we arrived I think and adem at lemas shop but everyone we came into contact at Lemas were friendly and helpful. Overall if you aren't too fussy and looking for a friendly place with a chilled atmosphere with nice pretty surroundings then try it. Maybe one day our family will come back x
This hotel is a good 15 min walk away from the main Side Blvd where you can catch a dolmus bus to local tourist spots and shops, I found accommodation basis housekeeping was a big let down as towel were not replaced daily shower mat was only changed once only one AC in bedroom food was expensive staff were rude take advantage for late check out chargeed me 40 euros some nights they played load music so the rooms are not sound proof you hear everything in room so please be careful when booking this hotel plus they have no lift either.
