All is good. The food and service is very good. We really like this hotel. The Pool bar waiters so openly!!
Everything was perfect, hotel made every request succesful and staff was simply amazing, 5 star hotel for a reason will be definitely coming back next year, sea and a cess to it was also amazing, as well as activities in the hotel such as voleyball
This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We have been visiting Turkey for years and have always been impressed by the hospitality, but this hotel was a huge disappointment.
It feels like the hotel only cares about local Turkish guests. If you are not Turkish, don't expect the same level of service or attention.
One day we waited over an hour for our food in the restaurant. After all that time, the waiter came back and asked us what we had ordered because he had "forgotten" to send our order to the kitchen. Meanwhile, other guests received their meals within 10 minutes.
Housekeeping was also very poor. The minibar was often not restocked, and on some days our room wasn't cleaned at all. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and, at times, even disrespectful.
The beach was dirty, with rubbish lying around everywhere, and the sea was full of seaweed. Overall, the hotel was badly organized and did not meet the standards we expected.
On top of that, people offering massages, hairdressing services, and other activities constantly walked around the beach trying to persuade guests to buy their services. They approached us every single day and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.
We've just spent a fantastic week at Sidemarin Kirman Premium and would highly recommend it!
The hotel is around an hour by taxi from the airport. We used the airport taxi transfers, which were excellent, complete with complimentary drinks and even a TV, making the journey really comfortable.
From the moment we arrived at 1:30 am, we felt well looked after. There was an open restaurant serving snacks, which was perfect after travelling. We had originally booked a two-bedroom family room with a sea view, but were upgraded to two separate rooms with a shared balcony. As our children are 16 and 20, having two rooms and two bathrooms worked much better for us.
We stayed in rooms 1561 and 1562, which had the largest balcony I've ever seen, offering stunning views across the whole resort and out to sea. Both rooms were spacious, spotless and well equipped. The bathrooms came with a generous selection of toiletries, although the sink plugs didn't hold water, which we reported. The free minibar was stocked daily with soft drinks, water, beer, whisky and a bottle of red wine, all included in the all-inclusive package.
Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
There are several restaurants to choose from, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The pizzas in the Italian restaurant were particularly good. Guests can also book one à la carte restaurant per week. We chose Shui, the Asian-inspired restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. Some have limited English, but everyone made a real effort to assist. The animation team worked hard all day and evening, and the entertainment was among the best we've experienced at any all-inclusive resort. The Mini Disco starts at 8:30 pm for younger children, followed at 9:15 pm by shows in the amphitheatre including dance performances, motorbike stunt shows, bingo and live music. One evening there was an Egyptian-themed event near the beach, and it was clear a huge amount of effort goes into the entertainment programme.
There are bars throughout the resort, and by the main pool waiters on roller skates deliver drinks directly to your sunbed. Cocktail menus are available via QR codes at each bar. There are also a few shops inside the hotel, with many more gift and clothing shops just outside.
The pools were clean with plenty of sun loungers available, and pool towels can be collected from the spa. One thing to be aware of is that the tiles around the pools can be very slippery. There are convenient showers and toilets nearby. We found the pool music a little too loud at times, reaching around 100 decibels, and mentioned this to the staff, who actively encourage guest feedback.
Families will love the water slides, children's splash area and organised pool activities such as the inflatable obstacle course.
The beach and pier are both lovely, with bars on both the beach and the pier. The sea is easy to enter, there's a lifeguard on duty, and showers are available nearby. The seabed is quite rocky, so I'd definitely recommend bringing water shoes. The water isn't especially clear, so it's not the best place for snorkelling.
Overall, this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we've stayed in. The facilities, food, entertainment and service were all excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
We have just spent a week at Sidemarin Kirman premium and I would totally recommend it! It took us about an hour in a taxi from the airport and we used airport taxi transfers (this was amazing as it had free drinks and a TV!!)
The hotel is clean, well maintained and easy to get around. From the moment we arrived at 1.30 am we were looked after. There was an open restaurant so we could grab a snack. We were had a change of room from two bed family room with sea view to two separate rooms with shared balcony. Our children are 16 and 20 so two rooms were better so we had a bathroom each. Room 1561/1562 had the biggest balcony I have ever seen with views over the whole complex and beautiful views of the sea. The rooms both very clean and spacious with a bathroom full of toiletries (the plug in both rooms do not hold water and we reported this) The fridge in the room is stacked with soft drinks, water. Beer, whiskey and a bottle of red wine( all included in your stay and replenished daily) The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed was so comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food is very varied and very good, especially the pizza in the Italian restaurant. You can have access to one al a carte restaurant per week. We chose Shui, which was Chinese inspired and was good. All staff are very friendly and helpful , but some do have limited English. The animation team are around most of the day and evening and I have to say some of the best shows at night we have been to in any other resort. At 8.30 mini disco for the little ones and 9.15 pm in the amphitheatre there were dance shows, motorbike shows, bingo, live music. One night there was an Egyptian night near the beach lots off effort is put into the shows. There are bars dotted around and by the pool there are waiters on roller skates bringing you drinks. There are ice-creams available from the pool bar and beach bar most of the day.Cocktail menus can be accessed on the QR codes in each bar. There is a small selection of shops on the ground floor and a variety of gift/clothes shops just outside of the hotel The pools are clean with plenty of sun loungers and towels are provided (collect from the spa) the tiles are very slippery around the pool so be careful! There are showers and toilets near by too. The pool music can be quite loud 100 decibels and we reported this (there are staff with notebooks always asking for feedback) There are slides and a kids splash pool and activities in the pool such as inflatable fun run. The beach and pier is wonderful. There is a bar on there and a beach bar. The sea is easy to access and a lifeguard near by, showers too. The sand on the sea is quite rocky so I would recommend water shoes. The sea isn't very clear and it would be tricky to snorkel. All in all one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in as an all inclusive and would definitely return
