I stayed two weeks (August/September) at the Kirman Sidemarin Beach & Spa hotel and I would like to express my deep thanks and gratitude to the management of the Kirman Sidemarin Beach & Spa hotel with its young and dynamic team. All my requests were fulfilled as quickly as possible, including the change of room and therefore I can only be grateful!
The structure of the hotel and the services offered are so well designed to satisfy even the most demanding customers!
As for Arcan SPA, it was a pure moment of relaxation and escape. To this end, I extend my warmest thanks to Lona and Asya for the therapeutic massages provided which were of an extremely  high quality!
For this entire beautiful atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel.

Acknowledgments and Gratitude

Myself & my partner have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. We have stayed at many hotels in the Antalya area and this hotel exceeded our expectations. We believe this hotel should be rated a 5*. 
The hotel is immaculate and the staff are an asset to the hotel. The food in all the restaurants is always hot and amazing with so much selection. 

The pool area is beautiful with so many sunbed choice and the service from the pool bars is exceptional.

I must mention the Mocha bar as the lady who serves in the morning is so cheerful and happy and nothing is too much for her. She is an absolute star and is a real asset to the hotel, she is always so polite and just makes you smile and feel so happy.

The beach is beautiful and the pier is exceptional. The staff will even get you a sunbed and bring it down to the sea away from the canopy.

The animation team are excellent and work so hard to ensure you enjoy your holiday.

While we were there we paid to go to the steakhouse and I’m so glad we did as it was outstanding.

The hotel is only a 5min walk from the local shop bars and restaurants and if you want to go into side, the hotel will order you a taxi and the taxi ride is about 10mins costing 500 Turkish lira. I would recommend a visit as it’s beautiful.

All in all we had an amazing time and we cannot fault this hotel at all. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Hotel and should be a 5*

We had a lovely experience at the Sidemarin and had a very enjoyable holiday. The pier at the beach is a good spot to sunbathe and you get enough beds. 

Service is very good as is the food although the lunch choice can be a little monotonous. 

Yes the hotel markets for the German crowd but that didn’t deter us as we speak German anyway. 

Take a trip into Old Town Side, it’s stunning and outdid our expectations of Turkey. 

A very restful experience! 

Specifically want to mention Serif from the front desk who helped with an issue post holiday and couldn’t have done enough. What an amazing man! Thank you.

Wonderful and restful time at the Sidemarin!

I really wanted to like this hotel, but at the end of the day too many negatives added up...

I booked a sea view room, double bed...on arrival I found that the 'double bed' was actually two singles pushed together with some sort of bolster pushed down the gap.  I'm physically disabled and having an actual double bed is probably the most important thing I look for when booking a hotel, if I'd known in advance I wouldn't have booked the hotel.

Both beds were lumpy, too soft and so were the pillows.  Two single duvets instead of one full sized one, with the beds drifting apart during the night made for 6 nights of very little sleep...the air conditioning is centrally controlled and wasn't cool enough for the still very warm nights.   Housekeeping is very slow, I left the room at 10am one day when they were only a couple of rooms away, when I got back at 4pm my room still hadn't been done.  I also found you had to put the door hanger saying 'please clean the room' on for it actually to be done. 

The welcome screen on the television made it look as if it was smart television, giving access to youtube and netflix...but apart from the live tv, none of the other options worked.  Most of the channels were German/Russian, with only Comedy Central having programmes in English.  

Bathroom was probably the best part of the room.  Good sized shower cubicle, hot water always available.  

Staff - apart from the cleaning staff, most were disinterested once they found out I wasn't German/Russian.  A couple still insisted on speaking to me in German, even after being told more than once that I didn't speak the language, as well as insisting that I was British - even though I'm not. 

Food was good, if repetitive, I wouldn't have wanted to be staying for more than a week.   Getting a sunbed was virtually impossible after about 9am, even though there are signs everywhere saying not to reserve them.   All of the very loud animation, both during the day and evening is in German. 

Getting to the central part of Side is difficult if you are disabled.  I requested a taxi from the reception staff, was told it would be 10 -15 minutes.  After waiting outside for 40 minutes I gave up and went back in.  No explanation, no apology.   Taxi drivers ignore the meters and charge double.  As a disabled woman travelling on my own I didn't feel confident enough to argue, so a trip that should have cost at most 6 pounds one way cost 15...

I've been to Side before and wouldn't stay here again.  There are better places much cheaper and much closer to the centre.

Disappointing return to Side

I liked Funclub,We are happy and my friends, room is good, Serves is perfect,gameroom Free,and unlimited  tennis and billardo and boxing the personal room boiling is very good and cute women her name isEbru kinde we loved to Kidman hotel,We are recommend Korean Marin,We Will come back in 2025
