Club Hotel Turan Prince World

We stayed here two years ago August 2024 and enjoyed it very much, so we booked it again for August 2026, The hotel is now in need of an update, We found the air conditioning to be practically none existent. we complained about the air con in the room as it wasn't cold , yes they came and looked at it said it was fine now, still rubbish after that set at 17 the lowest setting just felt like a fan blowing air at you. All the air conditioning in hotel was the same when it's 38 + degrees you would expect to be able to cool down, in our opinion it was like it was set to the minimum output, We weren't the only ones with a problems with the air conditioning, several other guests had the same issue. They would also clean the lobby floor when everyone was going to the restaurant for dinner, the floor was wet through to the point it was dangerous, first of all my daughter fall on wet floor, then we witnessed a man do exactly the same , I made the bar staff aware as this was dangerous, yes clean the floor but do it when less people are about ie later in the night , ,The hotel was really nice two years ago, in our opinion it has dropped it's standard's. it is not as so it was new when we first stayed there, It's not even a cheap hotel costing around 5k for 3 of us so you would expect better, unfortunately it would not be somewhere we will return to . The rooms are very good quality here the housekeeping is brilliant and can I mention the rooms are pretty modern. But on some occasions the staff can be a little bit rude. The location is brilliant because it is a 5 min walk from a Mediterranean beach. For 7 grand for a family of 5. The atmosphere is amazing because there is 2 pools which is good but it’s warm most of the time so you won’t cool down and they are closed sometimes because of poo which makes the pools unhygienic but all round it’s pretty decent.
