This charming hotel is located by a beautiful long sandy beach, within wonderful green grounds. The town centre with its many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants is just 3.8 km away where Side's spectacular amphitheatre, museum and the Temple of Apollo can also be found. Manavgat Waterfalls are 10 km away. There are public transportation links and a taxi station in front of the hotel.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
We’ve just returned from a week at the Arum Barut Hotel and honestly, from start to finish, it’s been fantastic.
When we first arrived, the reception team welcomed us with our favourite cocktails, which was a really nice touch, and they also helped us get our restaurants booked for the week. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before but we’ve never had that kind of welcome.
The rooms are really new, modern and well equipped, with everything you could need. They’re also spotlessly clean and pretty much everything feels brand new. We stayed in one evening as we were all tired and ordered room service, which was excellent. The food was great and, like everywhere else in the hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you.
A few shout outs because the staff really do make this hotel shine. Furkan Kaplan and the team at the pool bar were fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for us, always encouraging us to try different cocktails and having a laugh with us throughout the week. They really made the days around the pool even more enjoyable.
The lifeguards around the pool slides also deserve a mention. They were all so kind to my daughter Heather and were absolutely brilliant with her. They really looked after her, made sure she was safe and even let her have a few extra goes after the slides had officially closed, which she absolutely loved!
Cuma also looked after us really well at breakfast and all of the à la carte restaurant staff were brilliant too. Again, nothing was ever too much trouble and they all went out of their way to make sure you had a really enjoyable experience.
We love the Barut hotels and this stay has honestly exceeded our previous experiences. We’d have no hesitation recommending the Arum Barut and would definitely stay here again.
Stayed in this lovely hotel for 11 nights end of August. Previously we have stayed at the Barut Lara so knew what to expect from the Barut concept and we were not disappointed. The resort is a lot smaller than Lara but well spread out. Same luxurious rooms, quality of food and drinks, excellent cocktails but the best thing about here is definitely the staff. Every member of staff had a friendly smile and provided fantastic service, from the housekeeper, the guy that filled up the mini bar everyday and every single staff member we met went above and beyond. We would like to say a special thank you to Mustafa at the pool bar who provided fantastic table service during the day, we didn't even need to order he knew our drinks after day one .also a special thank you to Arif at the Bonsai and Petunya restaurants. He really made our last evening very special, lovely private table looking out over the sea, flowers on the table and amazing food that we will remember for a long time. In summary we would definitely recommend staying at this fabulous hotel and we are looking forward to returning next year.
Stayed here first week of September just my wife and I. First time in Türkiye and enjoyed it. Hotel is lovely, food was good especially the Turkish restaurant. Staff where nice and friendly. Beach bar was a lovely place to sit at the end of the day and watch the sunset.
In summary. Was it as good as some other resorts we've been to? No but it was also less expensive than others so value for money was very good. Would I stay here again? Yes (but we rarely stay the same place twice)
Couple of small things that put me off a 5* review. Buffet food wasnt always the warmest Drinks at the pool bar where so strong sometimes they where undrinkable (wasnt just me that noticed this) Entertainment wasnt the best we've seen on our travels
We also did the Blue sea cruise boat trip which I would recommend along with a trip to Side old town.
Beautiful hotel fabulous facilities lovely staff nothing too much for them. Definitely recommend this hotel I will be back
Extremely clean and well kept hotel, albeit with a disappointing beach that due to sharp rocks means you can’t really enter the sea
Highlight of the trip was the fantastic barman in the lounge bar, Haci Ali Araz who made us fantastic martinis and had a great flair for the extravagant!
