our stay was good, everything was nice. The people who work here are nice, we had no problem whatsoever

Food was awful same thing every day and night we was all inclusive but eat out most nights entertainment was terrible ok if you was a child all inclusive hotel but not all inclusive kids had to wait till 3 oclock every day for an ice cream no food between lunch and dinner pool food was always cold had to pay for cocktails ice cream and popcorn slides were closed for 2hrs every day between 12 and 2 no reason why no one has a 2hr dinner not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel rooms were very nice lovely hotel very clean could be so much better when the show finished at 10.30 nothing else to do everyone ends up sitting in the lobby bar no music on then 12 oclock all lights off and bar closed
Very nice stay
The hotel is very nice, clean. The food is ok, not wow, but you have every day what to eat. The pool is very nice, beach has a slow entrence which is nice especially for kids. The employees are very nice and try their best to make you happy. If I have something to "complain", if you wants to sleep early like 22 the noise from parties and shows are a little bit too much, but after a long day at pool and beach we slept very well. Thank you for everything, we had a great week!
Amazing
First of all: this was my first visit to Turkey, but definitely not my last! My next trip will 100% be back at Arnor De Luxe in ancient Side! There are so many Polish guests here that you almost feel like you're back on the Polish seaside. A few words about the hotel: it is simply off the charts for a 5-star rating! Everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation is right here on-site, and whatever isn't in the hotel, you'll find in Side. The hotel staff β from the housekeeping ladies to the managers of the dining and recreation zones β are simply wonderful. They do their job at the absolute highest level imaginable. Iβm not a demanding person when it comes to rooms; my view was just of a wall around my terrace, but honestly? I couldn't care less, because I only used the room for showering and sleeping. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Bring your kids, your parents, your friends, and just go there to feel like kings of the world. If anyone manages to find flaws in this place, I both congratulate and pity them. I won't name all the employees I bonded with πͺ¨βοΈπ β I didn't get to learn all their names and can't remember everyone's π, but everyone maintains a top-tier level 24/7. A free shuttle bus runs to the private beach every 10 minutes. The beach features a full bar, food station, and fast Wi-Fi. Side itself is buzzing with life late into the night. The museum and the Temple of Apollo are out of this world. The entire waterfront looks unreal β reality easily beats all expectations and photos here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful time. You are the foundation of this hotel; the building is just a beautiful packaging for its amazing content. The cats roaming around are another great touch (they even have their own "manager" named Ares π€£). I don't usually write online reviews, but in this case, it was a must β out of pure respect for their hard work. If you're hesitating about booking, Side and Arnor Hotel are the perfect choice. Special greetings to all the staff β you made this stay truly magical. I was so blown away by this trip that I even got a souvenir tattoo to remember it by ππ₯π―. Unfortunately, we experienced an unpleasant situation upon arrival. However, Mr. Memili immediately stepped in, listened to us carefully and resolved the issue in a very short time. After a long journey, this meant a lot to us and allowed us to start our holiday with peace of mind.
What impressed us most was not only his professionalism and efficiency, but also his genuinely respectful, kind and human attitude towards guests. He did not simply give us a formal answer β he personally took care of the situation and made sure everything was properly resolved.
