Entertainment is very nice and very cool, good, exillent entertainment chef is also very good huseyin , Ibo is the best. The hotel is very good and good service.and the hotel workers ar all very Nice. We are Here with 4 girls and we like it allot. We Will deffinetly come back!!!
Brilliant!
Loved this hotel! Very modern, spotless, staff lovely and helpful. Room spotless- a bit of a quirky lay out with the sink in the room. Huge shower and separate from the loo which worked well. We went with Jet2 and the rep Beth was brilliant! Lots of tips and info about the area. Good variety of food, snack bar good. Excellent selection of cocktails. I've creams available but only at specific times. Beach bar and sunbeds 5mins on a little bus which runs every 10mins. About 15min walk to Side old town. The only issue we had was there isn't enough sunbeds at the pool area for the volume of rooms/guests, plus it's rather small. As our flight home was in the evening, staff are very happy for you to use the spa to grab a shower. Big shout out to Mahmut and Cihat in the main bar who were exceptional. Will definitely return.

Just want to give a massive thank you to Ridvan, the best bar man and roller skater in Side. Hes made our holiday so much fun with his humor, kindness and amazing cocktails. Best asset to the hotel. We will all miss him when we go home ❤️🇹🇷
Think Twice Before Booking This Family Holiday
We booked our holiday through Ving.no for me, my siblings, and all of our children, expecting a relaxing and family-friendly vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
The hotel was anything but child-friendly. Loud music continued late into the evenings, especially on Fridays, making it difficult for children to sleep.
My son has coeliac disease and requires a strict gluten-free diet. We had to pre-order all of his meals. Despite this, the only gluten-free breakfast option available every single morning was pancakes. There was virtually no variety, and the hotel clearly wasn't prepared to cater properly for guests with dietary requirements.
Although temperatures were close to 40°C every day, ice cream was available for only one hour in the afternoon (3:00–4:00 p.m.), despite us paying for an all-inclusive package. For families with children, this was both disappointing and difficult to understand.
When we contacted Ving.no for assistance, we found them to be unhelpful and unwilling to take our concerns seriously. We expected much better customer service from a company selling family holidays.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend either this hotel or booking this holiday through Ving if you are travelling with children. We certainly won't be returning.
