Fantastic hotel- entertainment team are awesome. Would definitely return. Restaurant has a lot of variety and different cuisine each night. Theres plenty of sun beds and variety of shows. Enes and the team are really friendly and approachable. 5*

Brilliant hotel. Fab rooms. Amazing staff and entertaiment team especially Mark very engaging. Having amazing time in here.
Perfrct for familly holidays. Been to Turkey few times and this is the best hotel i have been. Deffinitley can reccommend this place

Brilliant hotel

A great, quality hotel.  Our ‘comfort’ sea view room was spacious, clean and well maintained throughout our stay. It is well worth the small upgrade.

Food was good quality, especially the outside grill. The beach restaurant was great too. Drinks are good although spirits are not branded.

Staff are friendly and attentive, from lobby bar, to snack bar, restaurant and beach. 

The spa service is very good. The sauna and steam room are part of the all inclusive.  I received 3 medical massages whilst there, for sciatica. The treatment was professional and high quality. A decent deal was offered for the 3 massage package.

The adult only pool was great, with comfortable, padded sun beds and well maintained.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with a shuttle bus to the beach every 10 minutes and the beach only a 5 minute drive. The beach area is well looked after. The hotel itself is only about a 20 minute walk to beautiful Side old town. 

We would definitely look to book again in the future.

A quality hotel, very good facilities, ideal location.

Fabulous hotel - from clean, modern rooms, to amazing food, very friendly staff and impeccable pool and spa facilities. We loved our stay at Arnor and would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark, Ali and Emre were 3 of the many helpful staff members at this hotel who made our stay even more positive. Food and drinks could not be faulted and the spa was very well priced. Would definitely go back.

One little area of improvement for the management would be to keep the lights on in the bars after midnight… we understand that the bars close at midnight and that the lights are then turned off to encourage people to go to the disco bar but our group were quite happy to stay where we were whether that was the snack bar outside or the lobby bar - finishing our drinks / playing cards etc for another hour or so after midnight and we thought it was quite unnecessary to turn off the lights completely and make us sit there in pitch dark.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff

We have just got back from a weeks holiday here at Arnor De Luxe. We have had a great time. 

Weather was beautiful - most days high 20s, early 30 degrees which was lovely. 

Hotel itself was clean, spacious and modern looking. The rooms were a decent size, we had a 2 bedroom room. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air con was a bit hit and miss but as the temperature was cooler at night times this was not an issue. Rooms could do with some DIY upgrades as there was marks on the ceiling from previous leaks and some fixtures loose, but aside from that it was good. 

Food - was generally really nice. Most days we ate at the main buffet. Breakfast was ok, there wasn't really any traditional "english" style breakfasts but had pancakes, fruit, cereals, toasts etc which were all good. Lunch and teatimes offered a good variety and tasty (although temperate of food was again a little hit and miss). The ala carte restaurant wasn't great, we did the mexican but it was a fixed menu and we felt very rushed to eat and leave. 

Staff were really friendly and accomodating. Special mention to the restaurant and bar staff who went above and beyond most days, from reserving a bigger table for us, to teaching the kids turkish sentances. 

Entertainment was ok, daytime was a bit quiet as the pool was freezing so alot of pool activities could not be done. It would help incredibly if the pool was heated in the winter months as it was too cold to enjoy, hardly anyone was in the pool. With only having one main pool, i don't think it would be too expensive to heat up for the last months of the season. Evening entertainment was ok, albeit a little short. 

Drinks were generally good - not watered down, limited cocktails and some were milk based cocktails which were a bit strange. 

Excursions - we did the jeep safari and boat trip with Seasons Travel, great price and great day out! can highly recommend. Also walked into side old town which was close by (around 20 min walk) and that was lovely too. 

General tips

Take Euros rather than lira, seem to be preferred. 
Try booking trips through seasons travel rather than love holidays or MTS global as much cheaper.
