This family-friendly hotel is situated in the popular holiday region of the Turkish Riviera and enjoys a fantastic huge 10,000 m2 pool. The beautiful sandy beach is just a short stroll away, the hotel features 4 restaurants and several bars. The historic town of Side with its ancient sites is at a distance of 6 km, the city of Antalya and the international airport are 80 km and 70 km away, respectively.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages and body treatments. After a day at the private beach, you can enjoy other recreational amenities including a nightclub and a complimentary water park. Additional amenities at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and gift shops/newsstands.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Pegasos World gave us an exceptional experience in Side, Antalya. The accommodations were incredible and outstanding, and the stuff, receptionist Emre, working at the time went above and beyond to help us have incredible time. Ms.Diana taught us archery class, was unforgettable time. 3 times meal a day were very tasty and fresh. The staff were all welcoming and kind, and I greatly appreciate our experience there! This hotel is on the 1st line of the beach. Strongly recommend!
I had a great time with onur and enjoyed the hotel
This hotel is bad by design and staff are incompetent. We came with our 2yo son to family suite and it was super uncomfortable.
HOTEL: -Family suites are located on the exact opposite side of the complex from the kids' amenities. It requires a 15-minute walk through crowded pool and shopping areas. -Room cleanliness is unacceptable. While towels and sheets were changed, the floors were so filthy that walking barefoot was impossible. -Loud music all day almost everywhere and dance parties being super loud till 22:15, then its a little bit quieter but still remains too high for a toddler to sleep -Hotel tolerates people "claiming" sunbeds with towels all day. Luckily, there are plenty of beds, so about 15% usually remain free anyway
SECURITY ISSUES: -There was some kind of sex offender watching women and stealing their bikini bottoms/underwear from ground floor terraces. It happened many times to the same people. Hotel failed to catch him and inappropriately dismissed the situation as a joke. -Constant thefts around the pool area. Reviewing past logs revealed months of documented thefts, proving that hotel security takes no preventative action. -One day, at 1:00 AM, we were awakened by a heavily intoxicated/drugged individual screaming like rabid animal and pounding on hallway doors. -People were reporting that their belongings left on balconies/terraces were damaged by other guests vomitting or throwing cigs from the upper floors. -Waterslide rules are not enforced. During slide breaks, crowds climb the structures with buckets of water to slide down anyway, creating a hazard for children playing nearby.
FOOD & DRINKS: -Dinners are chaotic and overcrowded, leading to aggressive pushing in the cafeteria lines. While the food is generally basic, the chicken is consistently overcooked and dry. Some dishes are bizarrely prepared; for instance, the "sushi" was served with crushed cornflakes, poppy seeds, and coconut, making it completely inedible. From times to times you'll randomly pick something so disgusting youll have to throw it away. -Bars are staffed by uneducated personnel. Its a disaster, theyre constantly using wrong ingredients and wrong proportions. You have to explain basic drink proportions every time. Otherwise, you receive hazardous mixtures, such as a "Cuba Libre" made of 70% alcohol, 30% cola, and coconut syrup.
GUESTS: Due to the total lack of security and rule enforcement, the hotel attracts highly disruptive guests. Antisocial behavior is common: guests cut lines, blast music from phones, and smoke heavily in non-smoking areas—even in the middle of children's parties. The cherry on top on our last day was some 50yo woman letting out a massive burp in the shopping area. Ive been to many hotels but ive never experienced this amount of trashy guests.
If its not too late, stay away from this place.

An Unforgettable Stay! ⭐️
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The food was delicious and varied, the pool and the beach were beautiful, and the whole atmosphere was amazing. What we enjoyed the most was the entertainment program — there was always something fun to do. A special thank you to the amazing entertainment team for being so friendly, kind and energetic! We especially loved the aquabiking with our wonderful instructor Mariana. She was always smiling, helpful and made every session so much fun! We truly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back. ❤️
