Mehmet Nane
Mehmet Nane is one of the main reasons we love coming back to Pegasos World. From the moment you arrive, he is always so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He remembers us every single visit, even down to our drinks order, which makes us feel so valued as returning guests.
What means the most to our family is that he always makes sure we have a table suitable for our autistic daughter, showing such kindness, patience, and understanding. On our last visit, he even let us in 10 minutes early so we could enjoy a meal before leaving for the airport, ensuring we still made our flight. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the kind of person he is.
Mehmet is an absolute credit to the Pegasos World team. His genuine care, professionalism, and kindness make every visit memorable, and we can't thank him enough for always going above and beyond. We look forward to seeing him every time we visit!

Amazing holiday, extra thanks to Baran!
We had an AMAZING time! We are from the Netherlands! Our first time ever in an all inclusive resort with our kids from 2 and 9. Also we want to give special attention and thanks to one of the amazing staff of the main restaurant. His name is Baran. He helped us a lot with our children and there special needs. He made our days much easier and gave us a special tablet on the last day. We loved the connection with the staff. We where scared that you wouldnt have that in such a big resort, but we had! Everything was very very clean and the food was fresh and every evening different! The family room was perfect for us and also the pool and beach so close and big made our holiday perfect. My husband was really sick on the 4th day and the staff and doctor there helped us a lot! We want to come back next year! Thankyou for everything. ( only thing, but that are the guest, terible with the towels on the sunbeds and bad bad audience when there where amazing dance groups in the evening! )

Amazing staff and wonderful hotel
We had an amazing 2 weeks at Aqi. The team in the restaurant were great and helped us. The kids loved Ilyas and the team who were very helpful keeping things clean and bringing us lots of drinks!
Fantastic experience every yr we go
Mehmet from Pegasos World is fantastic could ask for anythink else from him he goes above and beyond to help always got a smile on his face, he is a pleasure to be around. This place would not be the same with out him for the last few yrs we have been going to Pegasos World he has always been the same. Always walks around with a smile on his face. Fantastic with kids. Carnt wait to come back next yr.
