I visited this hotel with my husband and what a fantastic experience it was. The hotel is spotless , rooms lovely and the standard of food and drink is exceptional, with a wide variety of choice. The service here is above and beyond and nothing appears to be too much trouble for the amazong staff. It is a testament to the hotel that most people have visited a number of times and we will certainly be back. I would also like to acknowledge how friendly the guests are at this hotel my husband and I really enjoyed meeting a number of you and look forward to seeing you again.
A very, very good all-inclusive experience. The quality of the food was excellent, with a great selection of meals, sweets and desserts, and the drinks were also of a very good standard. Service throughout the resort was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.
One small point for improvement would be the cocktails at the bars. The cocktails on the menu are good, but almost every bartender seems to prepare them slightly differently, so the taste can vary. Perhaps some regular cocktail training for the bar teams would help ensure a more consistent quality and taste.
Apart from this small point, everything was excellent. High-quality all-inclusive, great food, great service, and definitely a place we would return to.
This is a lovely hotel with great staff. We have stayed multiple times since it opened. Entertainment has been particularly great (in recent years) and food usually excellent, although food slightly less so in the last year.
However as regular guests, sadly, this year we feel the significant change in direction with the entertainment has been disappointing, in particular in the Lobby Bar. In previous recent years the standout, of course, has been the great singer Victor, and on saxophone, Mdu - they created a fun atmosphere and guests regularly got up to dance. Victor also very good at the outside bar. We didn't get the impression that many guests found it too noisy in the lobby bar, but lively - you are on holiday for fun! The earlier evening sets were more chilled/background, in any event.
Also missing the high energy input around the hotel of the entertainment team, both singing and at activities. Replacing the Butterfly Bar (which could have been a quieter space, if needed) with a second coffee bar seemed an unusual decision?
The outside bar is good, as are most of the bands they put on. Whilst the number of circus performance type acts at The Boardwalk aren't for us, we understand some people enjoy them. The flown in singing/tribute acts are usually good too. As are the quizzes.
A lot of the returning/repeat guests are expressing the same disappointment about the change in entertainment this year, however. We hope it can return to previous years. We will be seeing how entertainment is looking going forward for next year, before considering returning to the hotel again, or not.
Really hope hotel are seeing the numerous reviews online about the entertainment from loyal guests. This is a lovely hotel.
Our 11th time at this outstanding resort - truly gorgeous hotel and grounds - so impeccable cared forππ Once again the variety of cuisine from the buffet restaurants - breakfast/lunch/evening to all the specialty venues - in the main restaurant the evening meals are themed - Turkish Night - International Night - Asian Night - Italian night AND GALA NIGHT truly amazing experience - you will will ALWAYS find something delicious to eat Must mention the staff - so friendly always smiling and extremely friendly, very attentive in the restaurants - always topping your drinks up being water/wine πΉπ₯π· The bar and serving staff are again out of this world - all stars βοΈβοΈ special mention to Metin/Ennis/Muslim - glasses where always full. Spent the entire holiday by the adults pool - sooo lovely and Gabriel (Angel) for his hard attentive service around the pool from going around every morning with his cart offering cold coffees and water to every single sunbed then followed all day by taking drink orders and delivering direct to you - truly spoilt - thank you for always remembering the slice of orange in our Bacardiπ The entertainment this year was a little hit and miss - mainly in the main bar - just missing the βvibesβ from previous years. The main evening shows which started from 8:45 with Quiz Storm so much fun followed by specialists acts then from 10pm fantastic music from The Drifters Sole Band/MI Ladies live band/Misty Infinity live band/Rusty West just a few to mention, all got the whole place dancing and singing - ladies wear your dancing shoes, what an atmosphere!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I think this is my 18th visit !
Why do I keep coming back ? Because I love it.
Super clean and tidy, itβs a big place but not imposing.
The staff are awesome. Having been here so many times, itβs great to see familiar faces every time you come back. Youβll get lots of hugs from people who are genuinely pleased to see you.
Food: The offering keeps evolving - which it should - but in a good way. We didnβt have a duff meal. All evening meals were heavenly.
Facilities: All good. Iβm pretty lazy and not into activities, but Iβm a regular gym goer and the gym is fine. Youβll get a pump. Other than that, we chilled by the swim up and in the beach, drank beer and cocktails.
Had a great Turkish haircut in the hairdressers. Great fun.
The big change in 2026 I noticed was the evening entertainment. More acts from elsewhere, rather than previously always relying the in-house Sensatori Showcast. I thought it was a great improvement. The entertainment had more momentum too. After the main show, the bar nearby instantly kicks in with a live band. So enticing you to stay up a little longer.
But if you donβt want to be in the thick of it, there are plenty of places to chill and do people watching.
Service: Awesome.
We first came here with our young child and there was plenty for him to do. Heβs a grown lad at uni now, so me and the missus just come together. Plenty of zones that are adult only to keep away from the kiddies if you want to.
Criticisms? No. But I miss the really cool Butterfly Bar. (If you stayed here a few years ago, youβll know what I am talking about!)
Just go.
