Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes available every day. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel’s design and décor were elegant, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
Beautiful and modern hotel with great food, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The beach is lovely too. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Adalya Bliss!
Everything was great. Rooms are beautiful also with nespresso coffee machine. Fitness center is everything you need for a good session. Beach is nearby and everything is clean. Staff is very friendly and drinks are great. I would recommend this hotel. We were in Turkey 10 times and this is the best hotel.
Случилась непредвиденная ситуация, обратный рейс в СПб отменили, назначили другой,объединив два в одном. Обращение в принимающую сторону турагенства "San and Fan" результатов в помощи не дало. Еще круче, после переписки с представителем оказалось, что он уже как неделю не работает с этим отелем. Но есть добрые и ответственные люди! Сотрудники с Ресепшин Выручили! Огромное спасибо Mustafa и Elliza! 1,5 часа ребята бронировали нам билеты, выбирали места, пожелали хорошего вечера! Для представления - Это Турецкие авиалинии. И главное - принимается к оплате только турецкая карта ))) И оплатить сразу за двоих - ну никак. Мы прошли это! Да, можно и другую карту, но с полной регистрацией адреса, телефона и других данных. Итак, билеты на руках, ждем возвращения домой! Главное, если есть проблема, ее решет сотрудники отеля!
An unexpected situation arose: our return flight to St. Petersburg was cancelled, and a new one was scheduled by merging two flights into one. Contacting the "San and Fan" travel agency representative yielded no help. To make matters worse, after exchanging messages with the rep, we discovered he hadn't worked with the hotel for a week. But there are kind and responsible people out there! The reception staff came to the rescue! A huge thank you to Mustafa and Elliza! They spent an hour and a half booking our tickets and selecting seats, and even wished us a pleasant evening! To give you an idea: this was Turkish Airlines. And the kicker—they only accept Turkish bank cards for payment, and there was simply no way to pay for both of us at once. We went through quite an ordeal with that! Yes, other cards are accepted, but only if you fully register your address, phone number, and other details. So, we have our tickets in hand and are looking forward to heading home! The bottom line is: if a problem arises, the hotel staff will solve it!
This hotel is something special. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large and bed is so comfortable. Mini bar stocked with soft drinks and beer. Just click the button at the door and they will replenish the next day. Sunbeds are so comfortable and you can just help yourself to towels. I swim every morning and got in the lovely pool with no problems. ( I do usually struggle to get in unheated pools.) the quality of the food is very good with lots of choice and some. interesting dishes. You can get great premium spirits, but remember to ask. . Easy walk to a sandy beach. We would definitely come back here.
