It’s our last day today (29th August). Lovely hotel, the food is amazing. Most of the staff are really nice and friendly. The pool is awesome and the service at the restaurants are great. I would have given it a 5 star review if it wasn’t for two of the staff that were really rude. Which puts a dampener on your day when paying a lot of money for a luxurious holiday. On our first day I asked Ali the pool attendant where we get the cussions from for the sun beds, As two were missing. He must have thought I was asking him to get them for us, and abruptly said NO. He seemed to be funny with us all week, I’m not sure why. As I was very polite with him. Also one of the waitresses in the evening (the blonde one) was so rude. Maybe some of them don’t like English people? Not sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and are leaving with many great memories. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, polite and ready to help whenever we needed anything. One of the things we enjoyed most was the pool area. It was a perfect place to relax during the day, but there was also plenty to do for those who prefer to stay active. We really appreciated the variety of daily activities, including sports, games, darts and different entertainment programs. There was always something happening, so we never had a boring day.

The animation team was fantastic and really made our holiday more enjoyable. They were full of energy, friendly and very approachable. A special thank you to Eda, who was always smiling, positive and welcoming. She made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged guests to take part in the activities without putting any pressure on them.

The evening entertainment was also excellent. We enjoyed the live music, DJ performances and evening shows, which created a lovely atmosphere every night. The Sunday party was especially fun and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily come back again. The friendly staff, great entertainment, beautiful pool area and relaxed atmosphere made our stay really special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

We are leaving this holiday with so many wonderful memories. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was clean, well organized and carefully maintained, and the staff were always smiling and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts of the holiday. It is spacious, comfortable and a great place to spend the day. We also really enjoyed the activities organized throughout the day. There was always something going on, from darts and sports activities to different entertainment programs. We initially thought there would only be a few activities during the day, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much there was to do.

The animation team deserves a special mention. Everyone was energetic and friendly, and they made it very easy to join the activities. Eda in particular was incredibly cheerful, friendly and welcoming. She has a great way of communicating with guests and making everyone feel included, even if you are not usually the type of person who joins hotel activities.

The evenings were just as enjoyable. The DJ performances, live music and evening shows created a fantastic atmosphere, and we ended up spending much more time outside than we expected. The Sunday party was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.
