Not a 5 star resort
Firstly, this resort is not a 5-star resort, and I feel this is misleading.
The food was okay, and the pool area was nice, but the room and bathroom needed better cleaning.
We stayed for 7 days, but there was no proper room service. Our bedding was not changed during our stay, which was disappointing.
The entertainment was also quite dull, although the location of the resort was good.
Unfortunately, on our last day, my children became very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea. I’m not sure whether this was caused by the food or drinks. Someone also told me that the ice may be made using tap water, but I cannot confirm this.
Overall, there were some positive points, especially the pool and location. However, I would not consider this a 5-star resort. If you are booking, please think carefully and manage your expectations.

This was an aufull experience we have had as a family here will not be returning in a hurry entertainment was rubbish we was ripped off as a family been over charged for things will never come back in a hurry

do not book this hotel. the first day i arrived with a family of 7 and we had to share between two rooms when we had originally 3 rooms booked. they do not cater for the english and the food is horrible. they do not have much children’s entertainment on and there is not much to do in the evening. the air conditioning stopped working after a few days. the cleaners do not properly clean the rooms the most they do is bring you new towels and make your bed. some of the workers are quite rude and dont understand english and the door keys stop working a lot and also get jammed easily. this hotel is not reliable and i would not recommend booking.

DO NOT BOOK IT airconbust within 3 days of being here had to share a room with my other family because room had electricity problems,shower is moldy.nothing like the advertised photos,food is horrible does not cater to English,room keys doesn’t work half the time it broke!!,some staff are not kind to the English this hotel is one of my worst holiday experiences ever I highly recommend to not book this hotel it was absolutely horrible … poo stains left in the toilet also disgusting…

AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel!!! That is the review I wish I'd read before agreeing to this hotel.
Bought a package holiday, it was not cheap! Promised 5 star accommodation, all inclusive, kids club, multiple pool etc etc etc In reality; Dirty room on arrival Dismissive night management staff Food well below standard and very low quality "VARIETY " in the buffet was lots of different types of olive and Turkish cheeses. Otherwise repetitive and poor quality food. All meats were processed. Run down hotel. Most staff were poorly trained or rude, with a few exceptions. Housekeeping meant only your towels were changed, no sheets were changed and room and bathroom were NOT cleaned. Lifeguard came and went as he please, mostly unsupervised pools. The entertainment team were Ismael and the lady who led the mini disco; these were welcoming and hardworking- the only positive. Kids club non existent- dont buy the lie.
Really, dont waste your time or money. The disappointment is too high a price.
