Q Premium Resort

We stayed at Q Premium Resort for seven nights in September. We knew it was a budget hotel, so our expectations were not very high, but unfortunately, we were still disappointed.

The biggest issues were cleanliness and hygiene. The carpets in the corridors were dirty, the room had very poor lighting, and strong-smelling cleaning products were used daily, which made the room quite unpleasant. The main restaurant was also very stuffy, with almost no fresh air, and the tables and cutlery were not always clean.

The food was very average, with a limited selection and rather poor presentation. Unfortunately, we also experienced what seemed to be food poisoning and were sick for around two days. From talking to other guests, we understood that we were not the only ones experiencing vomiting and diarrhea.

The drinks selection was also quite limited, with mostly local alcohol of rather poor quality.

On the positive side, the hotel has a beautiful territory, a great beachfront location, nice pools and comfortable sun loungers. The animation was good and the staff were friendly.

Overall, it is an okay hotel for its price, but the cleanliness and hygiene standards urgently need improvement. Unfortunately, getting sick during our stay significantly affected our holiday and left us disappointed.

​I warn everyone against booking a stay here. The shiny marble and elegant lobby are just a smokescreen—don't fall for it! This hotel should be shut down immediately due to a massive wave of food poisoning among guests, which completely ruins the trip. The food itself is absolutely tasteless, repetitive, and of very questionable quality. Instead of a relaxing vacation, staying here is literally gambling with your health. I strongly advise against it!
