The location is excellent. It is right by the sea, close to residential areas, and offers a wonderful view. Most of the rooms I saw were clean and had a lovely view. The cleaning staff are very attentive. Maintenance and support staff respond immediately.

Terrible experience. The 1st room we was given was absolutely awful how the hotel thought this was acceptable to give anyone this room is beyond me. Full on ants nest in bathroom. A hole under the aircon unit with day light shining through the hole. It was damp dark and was pretty much flooded water everywhere. The first thing you do not want to do when arriving on your family holiday is to complain. However I will give credit we was moved quickly after going back up to reception. I had to sign something to say I was happy with not being on the ground floor for reasons I do not know. We never requested anything before arriving. The next room was better looking. However the smell of sewage every morning was terrible. (We only noticed after our 1st morning we arrived in the evening) Also smell of sewage sometimes in the evening. I hate complaining so we opened up the balcony door and after 10-15 mins the smell would go. Again not great. I did not want to move after unpacking everything for 4 people. So we lived with it. The beds were dirty see photos. I’m not sure really what the cleaners done other than changed towels. Sheets never changed. I know this as my son spilt blackcurrant juice on the bed and that stain was there for our entire stay. A fridge was dumped on the top of the stairway was there the entire time. We had bags of rubbish dumped outside our door everyday which I just chucked next to the dumped fridge. The front door slams shut so you hear everyone leaving there room. Doors slamming late at night and early in the morning from 6 to put towels out, was a nice wake up call. The rooms are dirty and are not cleaned properly regardless of what the hotel say. We always leave tips for the cleaners. We did not on this stay. You do get restocked drinks cans of coke fanta sprite and water which was good. But that’s about it for the room. Breakfast is the same thing everyday kids happy with pancakes but as an adult it’s not a lot to be desired. I Lived on croissants. Tried a boiled egg one morning but was not cooked. I could have drank it. Lunch again just the same burger chips very bland no flavour at all. Occasionally wraps where available they was ok but the Que was a joke at lunch time. One guy cooking burgers at the beach restaurant with up to 50-70 people trying to eat at one time. There are a couple of ladies who do a traditional cooked bread with cheese and other fillings. Very tasty but again you’re waiting a good 10 minutes to get it as Que is long as it’s really the only good thing to eat at lunch. Dinner some sort of pizza dish was nice they had roast chicken one night again nice but we did eat out a few times as it’s a nightmare to find a table and majority of food is bland no flavour and repetitive. If you like fruit loads to pick from the watermelon is very good. Feel like the hotel is under staffed for the amount of holiday makers. Main bar by the pool 90% of the time is one person serving so again you’re are queuing for a few minutes at a time for a drink. The pools are ok though one day the main pool was shut for a couple of hours as a mouse was in the pool. 2 lifeguards used google translate to tell us this and was waiting for pest control. Beach is ok the sea is very nice no complaints there. Location good. I found majority of staff rude which is very unlike turkey. Iv been 8 times to turkey and always found the people really friendly but not so much here. My biggest gripe was the lifeguard at the spa pool which is under the lobby. We used twice as it’s much cooler by this pool as more shade. On the 2nd occasion and why we never went back. The life guard was emptying the contents of his nose into the pool. This is disgusting and definitely not you want to see as your kids play in the pool. The other 8-10 people (it’s a small pool) saw this. I got the kids out and moved to the main pool. Honestly could not believe what we saw. I never complained as I’m not the reason of someone potentially losing there job. Missus wanted to but again I’m not spending everyday of my holiday complaining to staff that do not understand me cause the hotel is really just for Russians. Which I have nothing against that. But clear language barrier problems which showed at little things like asking for an extra pillow or some more toilet roll. Thank god for google translate. The drinks are terrible, the beer is horrible the Coca Cola is flat and does not taste right. Missus had one glass of wine all holiday as it was terrible what they was serving. No cocktails unless you pay extra. Every other all inclusive holiday always do a cocktail list included. Yes they do even fancier cocktails for a price but nothing at all at this place. Ice cream is available for a couple of hours by the pool, it’s ok. After a few days I was trying to understand why so many good reviews are on here for this hotel. Then at the à la carte restaurant I got offered some free bag thing for a good review. I said no thanks as I’m not going to lie for a cheap bag. À la Carte restaurant was ok but not no 5 star place. 2 at best. One thing I will say, the entertainment that starts at 9.30 after the kids stuff. We did enjoy it, really good the only real highlight and something to look forward some good shows. The singer on a Saturday was no good, but the other shows brilliant. Shame we could not enjoy a decent drink with it. The kids show is the same every night but kids enjoyed it. Not every 5 star can be for some cheap bag must be genuine ones just not sure why as our experience was poor. I certainly would not go back. This is an honest review, iv seen some of the hotel responses to other bad reviews where they are discrediting the review as it’s some sort of vendetta. This is my 1st review on a hotel as I said before I’m not a complainer. But I had to add my experience on this hotel.
