Enjoying a laid-back atmosphere, families will feel at home with activities for children available and the convenience of connecting rooms. A range of amenities are provided for guests' entertainment and relaxation, whether sports, animation or a relaxing Turkish bath and massage. The rooms are modern and well equipped providing a comfortable resting place at the end of the day. Each room features a private bathroom.
We had an amazing stay at Club Aqua Plaza Hotel! The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to the animation team for their energy, fun activities, and fantastic entertainment. They made our holiday unforgettable! We would definitely love to come back! ❤
We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Plaza Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything we needed was easily available. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service. We would definitely recommend Aqua Plaza Hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again!
We just got back from Club Aqua Plaza on Friday 2 October and had a wonderful time. I was very apprehensive in the lead up to going away as I saw more & more negative reviews here, but honestly I really don’t understand why.
Pros Staff are so nice and friendly, offering advice and playing with my son. My 2 year old absolutely LOVED the attention he got and they made such an effort to play with him. Lovely range of cocktails included in all inclusive. Lunch and dinner offered good variety and was really tasty. The snack restaurant was a lovely touch if you didn’t fancy a full meal - the chicken wraps were delicious. The mini dance club was one of my sons favourite things. No subbed wars (although we did go out of season so that may be why) I also loved that the water park was on a different side away from the relax pools that look out onto the sea - you could get the best of both worlds. The grounds around the relax pools were beautiful. The jacuzzis were also a nice touch.
Cons There wasn’t a great deal of choice for breakfast - but the pancakes were delicious. The bathrooms were a little dated but it really didn’t bother us that much.
I was honestly looking at changing our hotel prior to going but I’m so glad I didn’t. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a hotel where staff are so friendly and attentive, the genuinely love children and felt more welcoming then some places I’ve visited in the UK.
Food wasn’t very good selection as daughter was vegetarian. Had to time it right to get hot food. Serving staff had no hygiene standards. Room with sea view paid extra form but didn’t include a balcony to seat out on. Bathroom area was very dated - leaky shower and mould on walls. Sewage smells thought out the day - which didn’t mix well with sun bathing. Came back weighing less than went with - upset stomach - for most of the holiday. Disappointed that TUI has there name connected to this hotel.
We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything we needed was available.
The hotel was spread over a large area. In the first section, there was a large water park, which our 3-year-old son absolutely loved, especially the slides. There was also a kids’ mini club and plenty of activities for both children and adults.
The all-inclusive service was also very good, with lots of ice cream, cocktails and a snack bar.
The other part of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative aspect was that dinner was only served until 8:30 p.m., so when we took part in an afternoon activity, we sometimes didn’t get back in time for dinner.
The cleaning service was satisfactory. There was a wide variety of food, although there were not many European dishes, which we missed.
Overall, we had a great time and left the hotel very satisfied.
