We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was well organized. The animation team was amazing — very friendly, energetic, and always ready to entertain guests. Ola and Zelal were amazing for kids and brought smiles on their faces everyday. Julia, Kasia, Erman and the rest of the team were always there for adults and happy to chat. There was something fun to do every day. Highly recommended! 😊 :::
The entertainment team was fantastic. The girls from Poland—Kasia, Ola, and Julka—were very friendly and truly dedicated to their work. They made everyone feel welcome. The gardens are breathtaking. The beach is right on the hotel grounds—just a few steps away. The atmosphere was very friendly. Sun, drinks—what more could you ask for?
We stayed at the hotel with my familie and really enjoyed our holiday. The service was very professional but what really stood out for us was the Animation team. They were always friendly and energetic. Thank you for everything
Whatever you do don’t book this hotel it’s awful Day 1 I was served raw chicken and I mean raw raw I told one of the waiters who shrugged his shoulder and threw in bin with no care in the world the food is awful and there are flys everywhere the food is not catered at English or kids and it so cold and bland it’s not 5 star food. Myself and my mother in law both had food poisoning from the food and spend days in bed and on toilet. The waterpark is falling apart the kids part is a safety trip hazard and floor is all comming away on green matting and my son fell over and cut his chest. The climbing frame area while my son was on the wood broke and clapesed and scared the life out of him the whole place is falling apart. Bricks broken on floor wallpaper ripped carpets dirty toilets dirty towels dirty . Also The music is so loud all day long with dance boom boom boom music. The spa smells of damp and it awful. The shop outside charges whatever they see fit and rip you off. When I say the only positive with hotel is free twister ice cream it says a lot. The drinks are terriable aswell the juices taste like squash without water. The staff are miserable and don’t want to be there they are stealing and swapping drinks for free food under the managements noses by hiding under trays on cleaning rounds. The lifeguards are too busy on there phones and not watching the kids. I complained to general manager and was offered games credits and then the actually manager couldn’t care less after the GM was about to fill in a compensation form the fact he has a diary full of room numbers with issues and the pad at the ready is shows the standard of the hotel. This is never in a million years a 5 star hotel and it’s a 3 star at best it needs to be reported for undercooked food quality of food and actual health and safety of the resort. Please do not take the 5 star reviews as real reviews as they are definitely not true. 5 star hotels have variety of food you get waiters given you water at table you have selections at lunch and dinner not this cheap stuff you get here and undercooked food and poor quality of food and drinks.
