The best service and the best prices!

We have been here one night and I would not recommend anyone book this hotel at any cost. The service is awful. Few of the staff actually speak English and when they do they don't actually understand anything. The facilities are ok for a 3 star hotel but definitely not 5 star. They don't even suppl irons!! You have to pay the laundry service to do it for you! Initially they tried to palm me off with a room that sleeps 4 when I booked a family suite. I had to go to reception and they told me that the room they gave was a family room!! I had to show them what it actually said on their own website that its a room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, then they changed it. When we got to the room, the bathroom sink was spouting water everywhere. The food is NOT continental so unless you like turkish cuisine you will go hungry. The timings are not practical either. They open from 7 till 10am and then close and reopen at 10.30 for half hour. The snack bar is the same. Closes at 4pm and reopens at 4.30 till 6. If you don't drink alcohol then they options are just soft drinks and a few very badly made mocktails. There are flies over the food. I managed to one pic, but in the snack bar there were lots of flies over the salads. Overall I am extremely disappointed. I came here to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary and its been ruined.
