Lovely hotel
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and overall I was really pleased with my experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools were large and well-maintained, and the entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel can be very crowded, especially around the pools and common areas, so it feel quite busy.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the food. While there was a good variety of options, I found the selection somewhat repetitive, and given the hotel’s price range, I would have appreciated a little more variety and higher-quality choices.
Overall, I had a lovely stay and enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Plenty of activities to take part in. I have been going to the yoga , aqua yoga and flying yoga. Lovely instructor very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Hotel especially for families with kids
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Swandor with our child and loved every moment of it!
The hotel is incredibly large and impressive, with so much to see and do. The beach is beautiful, the swimming pools are huge, very clean and extremely well maintained. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations.
There were fantastic activities and entertainment throughout our stay, including live music every single day, which created such a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings. We really enjoyed the entertainment programme.
For families with children, this hotel is especially amazing. The kids’ aquapark and swimming areas are incredible, and our child had so much fun. It is definitely a very family-friendly hotel.
A special thank you to Lilya from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive throughout our stay. She really made us feel welcome and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything.
From the beautiful beach and pools to the entertainment, children’s facilities and excellent service, we honestly loved everything about our stay.
We would definitely recommend Swandor to families, couples and anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We would happily come back again!

As a family, we have been returning to the Swandor Topkapi Palace for several years, and we leave absolutely thrilled every single time. This resort is the perfect choice for us, mainly thanks to the flawless service and the welcoming attitude of the staff. A huge part of the credit for our loyalty to this hotel goes to Ms. Fatima from Guest Relations. During every stay, she goes out of her way with a warm smile to ensure that all our requests and needs are met to our absolute satisfaction. Thanks to her highly professional yet deeply personal approach, we truly feel special and at home here. It is rare to find a place that genuinely values its guests so much and provides such a completely carefree vacation. We already know that we will happily be spending our next family holiday right here.
