This club resort is located right at the beach. It is roughly 17 kms from Antalya city centre and some 15 kms to Antalya Airport. Situated directly on the sands of Lara Beach, the luxurious resort is the perfect choice for all holiday makers. The air-conditioned resort has a host of modern amenities on hand to cater for guests' every need, from an array of dining options to excellent children's facilities. Each of the 221 well-appointed guest rooms offers spacious and fully equipped accommodation. In addition to 3 swimming pools, one of which is indoors (heated), the resort provides a full daytime and evening entertainment programme for both adults and children. Those looking to truly relax and unwind can enjoy a visit to the sauna or the steam room. More active guests may want to try their hand at various sports and activities available at the hotel.
We had a great holiday at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks. The buffet was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. We visited the rooftop bar several times for drinks and dinner twice. The staff member in there is friendly and helpful and we would have eaten there more often but the menu seemed a little limited for our taste. We went to the Turkish à la carte which was ok. All of the bars are well run and well staffed and all very friendly. The staff at this hotel are excellent and genuinely want to please. There are too many to mention, that’s how good it is. The cleaning is to a very high standard. Our room was cleaned well every day and clean towels and bathroom products replaced daily along with the contents of the mini fridge. The lady who cleaned around the Relax pool was working constantly emptying bins, sweeping up and kept the toilets immaculate. I had several visits to the spa and each visit was wonderful and reasonably priced. We went to the evening entertainment most nights and thoroughly enjoyed professional shows. We personally didn’t want to take part in the daytime entertainment although I would have done the aqua gym but the temperature of water in the pool was too cold. We booked a VIP whirlpool room which was a good size. We do feel, however, the room could do with a refurb as it’s looking a bit tired. In particular, the power sockets were not in the right position with no facility for USB charging which would have been useful. Also the WiFi connection was intermittent in the room. I mentioned this to Guest Services who said they would look into it but it didn’t get any better so I guess this couldn’t be improved. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we will definitely return.
Saturn is best hotel, I come here over 10 years, personeel is the best. Food is excellent. Hakan is the best and the whole crew are top.
We visited Saturn palace as a family of 10 We had the most amazing time from arrival we were told 2 of our rooms had been upgraded to family rooms, my son turned 6 when we were away and a cake, balloons, wine etc arrived in our hotel that afternoon which felt so special! Food was absolutely amazing lots of choice but what really made our holiday was the staff they were incredible especially serdar who would never see our glasses go empty by the pool!! From day one he looked after all our family. We would return in a heartbeat.. Thankyou so much serdar and the rest of the team 🫶🏼
I have decided to write this review as I there were a few things that I was not happy with. This resort does receive some really good reviews so I was shocked at the way I felt we were treated while at this resort.
We arrived in the afternoon after a long journey so we were all tired. Th reception team tried to upgrade us a duplex room, this was not suitable as we were a family travelling with older children and sharing with them was not appropriate. I politely declined and said we would just have out standard rooms. One of the rooms we were given was a disabled room, at first I didn't really take much notice as the room seemed the similar to our other rooms. we then realised that the sink in the bathroom had no unit around it (this was for wheelchair access and that the shower had a seat and shower curtain, also hardly any wardrobe space ( taken away so that there was space for a wheel chair )so this was not a standard room. My partner and I went to reception to ask to be moved, they agreed to move us but told us we had to get all of our stuff out of the room and put it in another room and said that the new room was not ready until about 6:30pm due to late check outs of other rooms, we were not happy as this messed the whole afternoon and evening up. One of our other rooms which my mum and daughter were sharing had also not been cleaned properly,
When we did go down at 6:30pm to get our new room key my partner said that he was not happy with what had gone on and we were told that there was nothing wrong with the disabled room and that they would give it to someone that will not complain! The receptionist then went on the say that they had gone above and beyond for us! At this point we got our key and and went back to our new room.
I did go and speak to the Jet2 rep the next day and explained what happened and he assisted us with locating better rooms for our family which we were grateful to him for BUT this should not have happened and the way we were treated/spoken to was a disgrace.
The hotel in general is okay, it is rated 4 star plus on Jet2.
The hotel in general is fairly clean and food is okay but not amazing. The 'a la carte' is definitely not a la carte, we chose the fish a la carte to eat, which was supposed to be sea bass fillets (none of us can deal with bones and i checked that this is what is stated on the menu) all of our dishes came up with a whole fish so no one ate the fish, then they brought the dessert out while all the food was still on the table, shambles, the buffet restaurant was easier!
We met another family , who had dined in one of the other 'A la carte' restaurants and said the food was not good and that their meals had been served up barely warm not hot, they were also unhappy.
Little things, like bed sheets had a couple of holes in them, room cleaning did change them straight away but they should really be checked before they are put on guest beds, I also noticed some of the dining cloths had the odd burn mark on them, again this should be checked before they are put on dinner tables.
I am so so disappointed with this trip as I read so many reviews and thought that the 4 star plus from Jet2 would mean a good standard, we felt it wasn't unfortunately.
The price should have reflected this as we have paid the same price for other hotels in Türkiye and had much better experiences.
I would not return to this hotel.
My family and I went here for a week. The good: Hotel is lovely and clean Nice pools Staff bringing food around the pool Ice cream Beach Pools The bad: Food is awful nothing was warm. Pool restaurant had pizza with wrap bases witch were greasy Al carte we went to two of them Steak was so thin and fatty no idea which steak it was supposed to be. Turkish restaurant food was bad nothing was warm. The customer service they did go around every day however I had emailed them twice and asked for my family to be next door or near us as I needed help with one of our party. They were put on the opposite side of the hotel. I did bring this up with them but it was all oh sorry I don’t think they even read the emails. It appears to me they go around in a group and play lip service to the hotel guests. We were put in the smallest room and the smallest balcony I have ever seen. I complained and eventually we were moved to a bigger room. The staff including the cleaners are always trying to interact with you. The waiters were the worst one or two would just not leave us alone looking for tips i always tip however this time I didn’t as they really pestered us. I go on holiday for peace not to have waiters coming up to me every five minutes trying to strike up conversations. The play ground for the kids was brilliant the kids loved it. Shops in hotel were ok not that expensive. The shops straight across the road are great. There was four adults in our group and we all agreed the hotel is lovely clean and staff are good generally. The food let’s this hotel down i have been coming to Turkey for over 30 years and we would only give this hotel for the food a 5 out of 10. They really need to get the food right before it would be any higher. Puddings were lovely and for the last three days that is all two of us ate. Breakfast is really good but lunch and dinner is a big no from me. I would not return to this hotel food is too bad.
