Everything was fine until the last day, when one of the cleaning ladies stole 10 euros from my handbag, which I had left out in plain sight. My husband didn't want to say anything at the reception because he didn't want to spoil the good mood we’d enjoyed up to that point. So, be very careful where you leave money or valuables!
Absolutely amazing & faultless from start to finish. The staff are amazing, friendly, approachable, helpful & go out of their way to help. The hotel is spotless. Staff always on hand to help. The food is lovely, very tasty & many options. So much for children of all ages to do. The entertainment each night is faultless. Will definatley be coming back here without a doubt.
Amazing hotel, amazing service and facilities ,everything you could ever need. Bonus from the amazing service from Bob looked after our family from the start until the end.
What a great time me and my family have had, from all the staff to the cleaners to the lifeguards, everyone was very helpful and generous always willing to help ( special mention to bob what a great entertainer kept all my sisters happy all holiday) definitely coming back with the family felt very safe and accommodating
