From the moment we arrived, the staff have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble, the place is clean and very well organised, and the food is absolutely fantastic, varied and high quality, certainly leaps and bounds above other places we have experienced.

The room we had (6101) was perfect for a couple and a teenager, with much needed and well functioning air con, a daily stocked fridge and clean sheets and towels every day. The showers are perfect, basic mixer tap, but really powerful and easi to get the perfect temperature.

This really is the high end of 4 star resort holidays. The pools are great, regardless of what you prefer. The quiet pool is relaxed and slow paced, while the larger pool has more music, entertainment and some great slides. Entertainment is great fun at night and lots of stuff to do during the days.

The walk from reception down to the private beach area and beautiful jetty with a bar and so many loungers is great. The staff also build safe areas around Turtle eggs and log the date they were laid.

It never feels overly busy even though it is at high occupancy, the staff do a great job of coming to you with drinks and snacks to stave off queues, and with so many different bars, cocktail bars and areas it feels so relaxed.

I would 100% return and am already planning it. There are shops just across the road, while a 25min walk or a 5 min bus will get you to whatever you could possibly want to buy and some great fun haggling with good natured traders. All in all, a wonderful experience and we would love to repeat it and highly recommend it.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Throughout our stay, we were asked several times if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. The level of customer service is outstanding. The food is exceptional, with a huge variety of high-quality dishes to suit everyone. Throughout the day, staff also bring around complimentary snacks including pizza, wraps, cakes, ice creams, and fresh fruit pots, which is a lovely touch. There are three fantastic pools to choose from, whether you want a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere or a livelier pool with waterslides. The hotel also has its own private beach and pier, complete with plenty of sun loungers and a beach bar—perfect for spending the day by the sea. In the evenings there’s plenty of entertainment, along with lots of beautiful areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is ideal too. There are shops just a short walk away, while the main bazaars and shopping area are around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and cleaned to a very high standard. Free mini bar which gets refilled daily. I genuinely couldn’t fault anything about our stay. This has been the best holiday we’ve ever had. We’ll be booking again as soon as we get home, and we can’t wait to come back next year!
