This hotel with a very special design is located in a paradisiac place, by the sea. The Antalya Airport can be reached within 20-minute drive. The hotel rooms are very spacious, bright and modern. They have services such as tea and coffee making facilities, private bathroom with amenities and hairdryer, air-conditioning and safe. The hotel offers a fantastic spa where guests can enjoy numerous body treatments to take care of while relaxing including sauna, Turkish baths and Jacuzzi. Guests can also enjoy the Mediterranean breeze at the hotel's garden and terrace. Guests can relax at a seasonal outdoor and indoor pool. The perfect choice for any vacation, the hotel boasts spectacular beaches, outstanding service, and thrilling activities such as sport competitions, evening shows, musicals and kids activities. Sure to please any traveller, the property is proud to offer outstanding service and superior accommodations.
I frequently visit Antalya with my family. Royal Seginus hotel has always stood out because of the massive star at the top of the building. Walking along the shore in previous years, we noticed the pier, so when it came time to pick out next location, we gave it a try.
There were some concerning reviews online regarding the service, but I chose to ignore them. I regretted immediately upon arrival. The reception is pure chaos. After waiting for a long time and being moved from one line to another, I no longer doubted a single word written by previous guests. When we finally managed to catch the attention of a staff member who wasn’t leaving to eat, smoke, or simply ignore us, the receptionist made the most pathetic comment: the previous guests had waited two and a half hours, so according to him I had nothing to complain about!
As for the amenities, the food is tasty, but the main restaurant is in tragic condition, featuring torn and peeling leather seats. In our bathroom, a clump of someone else’s hair stayed behind the door for three full days.
The aquapark could be wonderful, but it is heavily overcrowded. Not all slides are operating. Lifeguards are stressed, behaving rudely toward guests and children.
On a positive note, the pier is truly enjoyable; you can swim alongside curious fish. I’m not sure the hotel can take credit for the marine life, but let’s say they’ve created a nice setup there. Additionally, in the quiet green areas along the path connecting the hotel to the beach, you can spot hedgehogs and interesting birds.
Overall, there is a serious mismatch between the hotel's high claims, its prices, and the actual reality of the service and facilities.
Really friendly staff, lovely food and drinks. So many amenities. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else. Best hotel i’ve stayed in Turkey.

Family vacation here. There were many major issues with this resort compared to its competitors in the area. I have personally been to three others in Lara over the past years.
Cleanliness is not as it should be at all, there are so much mosquitoes that you cant do anything outside of the main building without being stung multiple times. There is no proper insect controll at all.
We observed many Cutlery items that were put on tables which were not cleaned properly.
Although staff in general were well mannered but some individuals working on site were disturbingly rude especially those working at the aqua park.
The food variety lagged extremely notably behind similar resorts in the area. It was almost exactly the same every single day and food did not taste good in general.
Internet service was comparable to the year 2000 with many places being out of coverage inside the resort and the areas which had coverage, speed was very low. Staff could not help resolve internet issues at all and kept saying they were having technical issues for a full week.
The Ala carte restaurant were not operational unless a specific number of guests sighed up on the same day.
The cost of extras (jet ski, photo shoot, ala carte, some kids activities, and medical service even for emergencies) were extremely expensive.
Daily activities were repetitive and uninteresting after 2 days of stay.
The beach and the pier area was mostly neglected and lagged behind in services and amenities.
Overall, the resort needs a massive management review and improvement. As it stands now it is not worth visiting what soever. I dont recommend wasting your time and money there.
