Absolutely amazing hotel! I usually travel to Turkey every summer for my holiday, but this hotel was particularly outstanding.
Everything was perfect — the staff, rooms, facilities, customer service, shows, entertainment team, food, and pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and there was always something to enjoy throughout the day. Especially Zonga and Merve . I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday in Turkey. I will definitely be coming back!
If you want, I can also make it more luxurious and impressive, like a 5-star TripAdvisor review. Here’s a polished version that keeps your enthusiastic tone:

We had a sea view family room on the 7th floor, the view was incredible.
The pool is huge and it has everything you could want for a family holiday, our favourite thing was to jump in to the sea from the pier and go for a swim.
The staff are very helpful, we had an issue with our first room but we were moved immediately and there was no issues. The bar staff were also very friendly and easy to have a chat with. We particularly got on with Magruf and Gunay who worked the outside bar.
The lobby bar lady called Perivan was also fantastic and somehow managed to remember everyone's drink order.
The Royal Holiday Palace is a brilliant five star hotel. Excellent facilities and most importantly excellent staff in particular barman Merve and wonderful guest relations Inga who was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel plus the swimming pool and evening entertainments are excellent. Five stars all the way.
The hotel has a great location and is overall quite good, although it doesn’t really feel like a typical Belek hotel.
I especially want to thank ÖMER ECE , who has always taken great care of us. He is always in touch with us, very friendly, positive, and helpful. I can honestly say that he is one of the best employees we have met.
The rooms are a little old, but they still look impressive and have a nice, elegant atmosphere.
We stayed at Royal Holiday Palace for six days, and unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet the standards we expected from a 5-star hotel.
1- Sea-side view: We booked a sea-side view, but most of the view was actually of the neighboring hotel. I had to turn my head almost 90° to see the sea. 2- Air conditioning (Room 1751): The AC wasn’t cooling properly and, at certain times, wasn’t working at all, especially at night. The technical team came five times, but the issue was still not resolved. We requested a room change, but our request was refused. As a result, three nights were extremely hot and uncomfortable. 3- Cleanliness: The cups in the room weren’t properly clean, and housekeeping didn’t consistently replace all items daily. 4- Restaurant: Many plates were chipped or damaged, the food variety was limited for a six-day stay (especially in lunch), and the meat and chicken weren’t consistently well prepared.
Positive point: The waiters in the main restaurant were excellent (very polite, friendly, attentive, and helpful). Their service was genuinely great and deserves recognition.
After visiting several other hotels in Antalya and Lara, I wouldn’t recommend Royal Holiday Palace based on our experience. In our opinion, there are many hotels in Lara that provide a much better overall experience.
Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet the standard we expect from a 5-star hotel. We paid a significant amount for this stay and unfortunately didn’t feel that we received the level of service, quality, or overall experience that we paid for.
The AC issue, in particular, was extremely disappointing, especially after five technical visits and our request for a room change being refused.
