We love Nirvana
We have stayed at several resorts before, including Granda Belek von resort but this has been the best experience we have ever had. We truly enjoyed our stay, and my family and I were very impressed with the excellent service, facilities, and hospitality. We would love to come back next month or next year. I would like to ask if you have any special offers, discounts, or loyalty benefits for returning guests. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
Another Wonderful Stay at a Nirvana Hotel!
We are currently staying at Nirvana Cosmopolitan Lara, and this is our third stay at a Nirvana hotel. We previously stayed twice at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence in Kemer.
The hotel is fabulous, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is great. When we checked in, we were given a personal assistant on WhatsApp. Whenever we need something, they respond very quickly, so there is no need to go to reception or guest services.
The staff are very friendly and hospitable. We would especially like to thank Mehdi from Algeria, who was very helpful and friendly.
The food has an amazing variety, and sometimes we can't even decide what to eat because there are so many options! The quality of the food is also excellent.
We experienced something unusual during our stay, and after speaking with the reception, they apologized and offered us a complimentary cabana as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate the way they handled the situation.
It is also nice that some of the staff speak Arabic.
Overall, we are really enjoying our stay!
