Great location, beautiful hotel food is lovely.. The only issue is the lifts.
Lovely holiday
Lovely time, very welcoming, food is good. Only issue is the lifts. We have a 2 year old baby and at busy time we struggle to get one.

Excellent facilities particularly the multiple slides swimming pools. Thereβs also another swimming pool in building 3 which is quieter if you wanted some calm. All swimming pools and well served with multiples cafes and restaurants. Beach access is great. Entertainment is great.
Food is varied and good - youβll always find something you like.
For us the kids club was the highlight for our daughter - the team is amazing, the facilities for kids and activities were great.
Guest relations and very helpful. For us Mariyam was of great help when we lost an item and helped us find it.
Miracle
Very nice activities during the day and very amazing evening program. The restaurant is very big and various food options. The animation team is very hard working to ensure a plesent time and everything that is organized is very fun.
