amazing holyday at kremlin palace
the staff was amszing and thoughtfull and helpfull the check in and out was very easy the food was very good the childern games was very good and the staff of angels and pirates was amazing the restron clean and butyfull the room cleaning is amazing the showing of wold cup games was very good activity the see was very cool location was very cool atmosphere was cool no noise good value and nice prices
Exceptional Service from Fatima Turned Our Holiday Around
After some initial issues, Fatima personally arranged to meet with us and took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns. She worked hard to resolve each one and went far beyond our expectations.
She upgraded us to a much more modern room with an easily accessible shower, which made a significant difference to our comfort. She also kindly arranged a complimentary à la carte dining experience, which was absolutely fantastic and is definitely worth booking if you visit.
Throughout the rest of our stay, Fatima kept in touch to ensure everything was going well. She also arranged complimentary cabanas for us, which helped us create some wonderful holiday memories.
Her exceptional customer service, genuine care, and attention to detail completely transformed our experience. Thanks to her efforts, what started as a disappointing stay became a much more pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday. We are truly grateful for everything she did.
Amazing Service and Friendly Staff
We had a great family holiday at this hotel. Everything was very nice, the hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. Our children really enjoyed their time here and didn't want to leave.
A special thank you to Gülçiçek from the Guest Relations team. She was always kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Not too bad experience
All together, I would say the holiday was okay. The rooms were nice and clean, some of the staff were very nice and friendly. Guest relations were good, Nihal in particular, when we told them about our experience with the not much entertainment at the pool etc they have took it into considering and are going to bring it to the relevant teams. During Turkey holidays we have all been on and we spoke to a few of the other guests. There is dancing by the pool, getting everyone involved etc. There is nothing like that unfortunately, I think if there was stuff like that, it would have made the stay a lot more enjoyable. Nihal also got us reservations for other food restaurants as a gesture of goodwill and to try make our experience at the hotel better.
The food was very good at the main restaurant, the Asian Cuisine was very very good, the Italian was also very good. The variety of different foods was very good, they catered for everyone. I cannot fault any of the food at all.
One of the entertainment staff that stood out but I never caught his name was the guy on the skateboard with the cap, he was always very chatty and trying to get us involved in stuff.
My experience at the Arena bar was very good, all the staff were very friendly there. One in particular was Seyran who always served with a smile and was always very cheery.
The location for shops etc it was quite a pain, due to it being a little bit far. Needing to get taxis if you would wish to go to the market. These things are all just minor inconveniences though.
Overall, it was a not too bad holiday. Few things that would have made it better, but that stuff happens.
