The High Rating Is Absolutely Well Deserved!
We stayed at Kremlin Palace for 17 days and never once regretted choosing this hotel. Honestly, we booked it mainly because of the great reviews and high rating, and this time the rating was absolutely well deserved.
The hotel is beautiful, with a large, clean, and very well-maintained territory. There are plenty of staff around, so there is always someone available if you need anything. I especially liked the guest relations service. Every day they sent us messages asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything, and also sent us the daily entertainment program. It was a really nice touch.
Our room was cleaned every day, and they regularly refilled the water, drinks, and minibar. Everything was always clean.
The food was also very good and there was a lot of variety. I follow a fitness-focused diet, so it’s important for me to have simple and healthy food options, and I could always find something to eat here. They even had two types of boiled eggs for breakfast, which surprisingly you don’t find in every hotel.
We came here to spend time with our parents and just relax together. We enjoyed the hotel so much that during all 17 days we didn’t even feel like going anywhere outside. Everything we needed for a great vacation was right there.
I also definitely recommend trying all the à la carte restaurants. We really enjoyed them delicious food, great service, and a very nice atmosphere.
Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful vacation. If we come back to Antalya, Kremlin Palace will definitely be one of our first choices.

The resort has a beautiful location, with a lovely beachfront, green surroundings, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The pools, beach, entertainment, activities, and facilities are among the strongest points, and there is plenty to do throughout the day. The resort has a lively and family-friendly atmosphere, although it can become quite busy during peak periods.
Unfortunately, during my stay, the housekeeping service was not good enough. The room cleaning and attention to detail did not meet the standard I expected, and this was one of the main reasons for my rating.
Overall, the resort has excellent potential, a great location, beautiful surroundings, good entertainment, and many activities, but the inconsistent housekeeping and some shortcomings in room quality and service affected my experience.

located away from shops bars and restaurant taxi or bus needed to leave hotel too dangerous a road to walk. Guests were mainly russian, turkish and german only a handful of british guests. Atmosphere more geared to russian and german. Entertainment average, food repetitve and did not much taste. Staff were friendly and aporoachable Rooms were very dated. Rated 4 star plus I would rate at average 3 star, poor value for money paid.
