Amazing holiday- this review is for Mohammed (waiter at the pool bar). He was exceptional and remembered our drinks everytime… even on his skates 😆

Lovely hotel, nice and clean with plenty to do for the kids. The small water park for the younger kids is great and the slides on the bigger water park are also good (kids need to be 125cm to ride them). The evening entertainment is very good too. The staff are very helpful and Muhammed kept us topped up with drinks and snacks around the pool. We went as a group of 10 (with 5 kids aged 8 and under) and sometimes struggled to get seating together in the main restaurant. So we had to eat a little later (around 8 - 9pm). Food is decent, but I felt the food at the Limak Lara hotel we stayed in the previous year was better. We have a daughter with a nut allergy and the staff were very helpful with suggesting what to avoid. They were also willing to make things especially for her if we spoke with the customer liason desk (although we did not need to use thst service in the end). All in all, a lovely week at a good hotel.
