IC Green Palace Hotel

We stayed at IC Hotels Green Palace for one week as a family. Having previously stayed at Swandor and TUI Magic Life, we had high expectations. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially the green areas and many palm trees, and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is very large and divided into several sections, so it rarely felt crowded. There are also plenty of activities for children, which our kids really enjoyed. The food was delicious and generally good quality, although we expected more variety compared with other resorts we have visited. One concern was pool cleanliness, especially later in the afternoon. There were some showers, but not enough around such a large pool area, and we did not see clear signs asking guests to shower before entering. Our biggest disappointment was the room situation. The first room had no balcony despite our booking and the AC did not work properly. We changed rooms the following day, but unfortunately the second room had the same AC problem despite us specifically asking for it to be checked beforehand. This significantly affected our sleep during the first two nights. Thankfully, Nuri Ozan from Guest Relations was extremely helpful and quickly arranged a third room for us, which finally solved the problem. We really appreciated his professionalism and help. Other minor negatives were the frequent waits for the elevators, the lack of ceiling lights in the room - there were only floor and table lamps, making the room quite dark, particularly in the evening - and the lack of a bar, or at least a drinks fridge, directly on the sea deck. This would have been very convenient after swimming in the sea and climbing back up onto the deck.

Overall, IC Green Palace has beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities, excellent pools, good food, and great activities for children. However, the room and AC problems, together with several smaller issues, meant that our experience did not quite reach the five-star level we expected.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days all inclusive. We had a great time. The place was spotless, the staff were excellent and the amoung of food and its quality was outstanding. There is entertainment on stage every night apart from Sunday. Lots of activities during the day from darts to volleyball , water sports are nearby but cost extra. A short walk takes you to the beach where there are plenty of loungers, free towels , a bar and a small restaurant. On the way back pop in for a coffee and cake at the coffee shop. The highlight fir us was after the evening show end at 10.30pm we would miss out the entertainment and head to the mixology bar for cocktails which were fablous. The 3 guys that work there , Murat Gakmal, Erkan onal and Mert abali, make great coctails, spoil you with food and snacks and treat everone as a friend. I can say that the hotel was busy with families and it coukd get a bit noisy at times but overall the staff at the restaurants coped well and for value for money this hotel takes top prize.
