Worst hotel ever
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The reception staff, the manager Sedat , were extremely rude and unhelpful. He gave us incorrect information and were unwilling to assist us with anything. They even left our suitcases outside without offering any help. Before we booked, they told us that we would be able to get our room early. Based on that information, we decided to book an extra night. However, after we checked out of our previous hotel and arrived here, they told us we would have to wait another four hours before our room was ready. We were forced to sit in the reception area with our three exhausted children. It felt like they misled us into making the booking. Sedat, who is supposed to be the reception manager, should not be working in a customer-facing role. He was disrespectful, laughed at us, and even told us to "go to hell." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Management should take this matter seriously and ensure that staff treat guests with respect. The only one that showed empathy and really tried to help us was Kerim. He is a fantastic guy and should be promoted to the manager roll. Sedit shouldn’t be allowed to work with customer. He can clean the room instead.
Lovely clean hotel, AI service, welcoming staff!
Hotel is very clean!! Facilities inc pool, spa, gym are all in lovely looked after condition. Staff are very welcoming too! Shout out to Onder & the brunette lady who works on the bar (arm tattoo) both very friendly and accommodating.
We booked the AI package, breakfast we didn't visit often, strange options inc carrot, broccoli and cauliflower with chips at breakfast! The lunch & dinner buffet were repetitive but they also have snack menu where you can order from selection of items, huge portion sizes and made to order, very nice!
Starbucks on site at extra cost but still cheaper than actual Starbucks!
We used the spa, massage treatments were great!
Air con worked great in the room, they are cleaned daily and fridge stocked in room.
Pool was very quiet but lovely! The bus to red and white beach is very good, we enjoyed the beach day very much!
Would return and would recommend.
Not much around the area, as it's residential but we found some shops and restaurants to eat at, lovely curry house around the corner

A week in Lara
The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant and couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and good amenities. The main issue we had was the food, breakfast buffet was repetitive daily and wasn’t hot. The evening meal was much the same. same dishes served on consecutive days, fish was over cooked and dry like breakfast food not served hot enough. No Wi-Fi signal around the pool area.

An excellent hotel .
Put an earlier review on which I removed, i was probably jet lagged so I apologise for that. This is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is out of this world. The staff are amazing and the Wi-Fi is excellent as is the pool area. If you need food or drinks by the pool just pick up the phone and order. The entire hotel is spotless clean and we loved the DOVE gels and shampoos. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Definitely not 5* but ok
Let's start with the positives; The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The rooms are clean and similar to a UK Premier Inn View from the room interesting and spectacular. Great selection at breakfast Food in general was nice but not great. Room change suggested by customer service manager, who was lovely after extremely noisy neighbouring room kept me awake most of the night. New room sadly was also noisy. Safe surrounding streets, but noisy.
Negatives; You are under the flight path Loud closing hotel room doors. No sound proofing, you will hear your neighbouring rooms snore, talk, use the bathroom etc. £12 taxi to old town as quite far out. Memory foam mattress very soft. Pool unavailable, no explanation given but it was empty. Deck very small with 8 sunbeds available
Not a bad hotek but definitely not 5*, an average 4*. The staff were superb it's shame the hotel was in the location it was.
