Travelling with an 8-year-old with severe egg and milk allergies can be incredibly stressful, as even the smallest amount of cross-contamination could be life-threatening. From the moment we met Chef Sehmus, he put our minds at ease. He went out of his way every single day to personally ensure my son had delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner that were completely safe for him. But what meant the most was how he made my son feel. He didn't just cater for his allergies — he made sure he felt included and never left out. From specially preparing his meals to ensuring there were suitable ice lollies at the ice cream vans, Chef Sehmus thought of everything. Without him, my son would probably have spent the week eating chips and feeling left out! Instead, he enjoyed his food and his holiday just like every other child. Chef Sehmus, you truly went above and beyond for our family. Your kindness, care and genuine attention to my son made our holiday so special and took away so much of the stress we usually feel when travelling. We honestly cannot thank you and the whole team enough. You made our holiday, and we will definitely be back! ❤️

Our little girl had a fantastic holiday with this being our first visit to the hotel . The kids club went above and beyond , they were truly fantastic with our girl during the day and night . Mini disco was a massive hit in the evening . The whole resort was brilliant with swimming pool ,drinks and food . Will certianly be returning .

Area around hotel very run down and dark at night due to lack of lighting, but short walk to the main road. I would say a 4* hotel due to amenities, rooms are large and clean. Majority of staff are friendly and helpful. Good aqua park. The main thing that let this hotel down was the food, which was the opinion of our entire group of 9 and other British visitors we spoke to. Very much geared up for Turkish visitors with very little else. Just be aware of that if you’re looking for some familiar food. There’s no pubs and very few restaurants close to the hotel and the main road is quite shabby, although the beach front hotels are very impressive. I ended up eating at the British pub about 1.5 miles away and Selis food & drink for breakfast (they do a wonderful fry up) and occasionally being able to pick something from the buffet. I would say a 4* hotel with 2* food. As the hotels all have private beaches, there’s no beach promenade with bars and restaurants to walk along. We went to the private beach once on the shuttle bus and got the next one back. No one in our group said they would return to either the hotel or Lara beach. It may be a very different experience in the true 5* beachfront hotels, but I doubt I’ll give it another go.
