Cleaners are thieves
Cleaners are thieves, stole a kids wallet with money in, and also took lira. Guest relations couldn’t care less. Place is full of mosquitos.

Really nice hotel staff are really helpful and fun always made to feel welcome room was espeacially good clean and huge clean towels every day and fresh drinks stocked aswell,

I would highly recommend this hotel in turkey, the staff are all incredible, I have to give a special mention to, Nur from guest relations and to Sam & Radik from the entertainment team, all three of these members of staff went above and beyond each day for the guests, the entertainment round the pool was fantastic every day, from water polo, to darts, to pizza making, to a surf board challenge, they had a shooting game, it was just full on entertainment for everyone and we had the best time, the lads made it energetic each day and involved both kids and parents, Thankyou for a fab week 🫶🏼
I also wanted to mention I have a dairy allergy and it’s very difficult to eat foods in restaurants with the cross contamination and the allergies in the foods, but all the staff supported me with my food allergy it’s been amazing and they’ve really made my holiday so much easier being able to actually eat foods that are safe, the chef met me each meal time to show me safe foods and what I could and couldn’t have which made it so much easier so Thankyou! 🥹
A special Thankyou to Nur too she’s been absolutely amazing and a credit to the team at Greenwood she works so hard and has checked on me all week to make sure I’m ok & I’m being looked after etc with my allergy and if for whatever reason there was a language barrier with the chefs etc she personally came and sorted it for me no matter what time it was so Thankyou so so much Nur ❤️
We stayed in the deluxe superior suites and they was perfect for a family, cleaned each day as long as you had your light on the door saying ‘please clean my room’ on green, staff was all friendly
The noise level was fine, it was pretty quiet in our room, the only thing I’d say was the noise from the above apartments of chairs moving along the floor but other than that no noise that affected us enough to comment
You’re all amazing and incredible thankyou so so much for the best holiday guys 🫶🏼🫶🏼 and we hope we will be back soon to see you all

i am full in love with sam he is crazy lovely i gonna miss him to much he is the one of the best in world i can’t turn back home bcs i gonna miss here to much wonderful place and wonderful holiday and wonderful entertainment for first thank you so much Sam and everybody see you next time i
