Excellent hotel and holiday
Ignore all negative reviews on this hotel, I honestly don’t see where they are coming from. Entertainment staff first class especially mahmut who has made our holiday. Food and drink are plentiful but no name brands on the spirits which is a shame. Cleaners in room everyday and all over the property constantly cleaning. Overall top hotel and would definitely recommend.
Awful dining experiences. Cramped hotel
Dining experience is awful! Like most buffets, there can be a greedy element but the dining experience is just terrible. Limited seats, small and cramped service areas for the amount of people, long queues and people pushing in - nightmare. No atmosphere in there either, music is drowned out but grab and greed. Also, quality of food is quite poor with meat quality usually being over cooked and more then likely reheated. Facilities are ok, with some good entertainment but the whole hotel feels like too many people for the space. As a side note, the wifi is very patchy in the room and TV worked on occasion. Overall, not worth the money.

Fantastic stay
Had a fantastic time here with my husband and 2 sons. after reading lots of bad reviews. There is everything that you need here slides, food, drinks and the entertainment is out of this world. Kids club, day time entertainment. Night time entertainment fantastic. The rooms are very clean, people going around constantly cleaning . The only downside is the main restaurant is like a cattle market so we ate in the Tulip restaurant which was much quieter. Special thanks to Nancy who was fantastic with my son. We will definitely be back here again. Do not listen to bad reviews.
