Got placed here whilst I was having dental treatment. So happy I didn’t spend a penny on this hotel. It’s literally the new Benidorm the absolute state of these English people that stay here it is literally disgusting. Honestly if you want to know what it’s like watch one episode of the programme ‘Benidorm’ and that’s what you’ll get.
The staff, the hotel and the food is great but it’s just ruined by 90% of the guests who stay there. You don’t want to get in the water you don’t want to be near a sun bed because of these disgusting guests. Don’t believe me? Go experience it for yourself and you’ll see.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel overall / ⭐ Massage service We stayed at Grand Park Lara in January, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the food and drinks were excellent. The hotel deserves a 5-star rating for the quality of its accommodation, hospitality and overall experience. However, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the Turkish traditional massage/spa service. My wife purchased a traditional Turkish massage treatment, and we understood that the treatment would be carried out separately for men and women. However, when it came to the steam shower part of the treatment, the staff attempted to have men and women use the same steam shower room together. My wife was uncomfortable with this arrangement and, quite understandably, decided not to take part in that part of the treatment. I then approached the reception of the spa/massage service to explain the situation and look for a solution. Unfortunately, I found the staff there unhelpful and unwilling to properly address our concerns. This was particularly disappointing considering the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel itself deserves 5 stars, but the massage/spa service we experienced deserves 0 stars. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the standards and practices of the spa service provider. A lovely hotel like Grand Park Lara deserves service providers that maintain the same level of professionalism, respect and customer care. Despite this experience, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel itself. The spa/massage service, however, needs significant improvement.
Great holiday with my family, we had really nice time in July. Entartainment was good, food is exellent and like the staff so much. Thank you for a great holiday!
